20 cases. The experimental group participated in Specific DaoYin Prescription exercise for 12 weeks,60 minutes every time, twice a week.On the basis of maintaining the original lifestyle, the control group carried out health education lectures. The change degree of shoulder joint pain, shoulder joint motion function and muscle strength were taken as the main evaluation indexes,Anxiety status and quality of life of patients were used as secondary evaluation indexes.Shoulder composite score using Constant-Murley scale score; The anxiety status of patients using State-Trait anxiety(STAI)scale score; The quality of life score using the SF-36 quality of life scale score. The SPSS23.0 was used for statistical analysis, count data use chi-square test, when behavior data were in accordance with normal distribution, independent sample T test was used for comparison among groups, and paired sample T test was used for in group comparison. The non parametric Mann-Whitney U test was used in the non-normal distribution, rank sum test was used in the rating.Research results:1.Basic information of the experimental and control groups: age, sex, course of disease, and pre-experimental shoulder joint function(Constant-murley)score,Status-Trait anxiety(STAI)score and SF-36 quality of life scale score showed no significant difference(P>0.05),between the two groups were comparable.2.Shoulder composite scale score2.1 Before exercise intervention and after exercise intervention, there was a significant difference in pain scores between the experimental group and the control group(P<0.05).After the experiment, the pain scores of the experimental group increased significantly, and there were significant difference in pain scores before and after the experiment(P<0.05).In the control group, there was little change in pain score before and after the experiment, and there was no significant difference(P>0.05).2.2 Before exercise intervention and after exercise intervention, there was a significant difference in activity of daily living scores between the experimental group and the control group(P<0.05).After the experiment, the activity of daily living scores of the experimental group increased significantly, and there were significant difference in activity of daily living scores before and after the experiment(P<0.05).In the control group, there was little change in activity of daily living scores before and after the experiment, and there was no significant difference(P>0.05).2.3 Before exercise intervention and after exercise intervention, there was a significant difference in range of motion scores between the experimental group and the control group(P<0.05).After the experiment, the range of motion scores of the experimental group increased significantly, and there were significant difference in range of motion scores before and after the experiment(P<0.05).In the control group, there was little change in range of motion scores before and after the experiment, and there was no significant difference(P>0.05).2.4 There was no significant difference in muscle strength scores between the experimental group and the control group before and after exercise intervention(P>0.05).Compared with before and after the experiment, the muscle strength scores of the experimental group and the control group were improved, but there was no significant difference(P>0.05).2.5 After exercise intervention, there was a significant difference in the evaluation of overall efficacy which between the experimental group and the control group(P<0.05).3.STAI scale score resultBefore exercise intervention and after exercise intervention, there was a significant difference in state and trait anxiety scores between the experimental group and the control group(P<0.05).After the experiment, the state and trait anxiety scores of the experimental group reduced significantly, and there were significant difference in state and trait anxiety scores before and after the experiment(P<0.05).In the control group, there was little change in state and trait anxiety scores before and after the experiment, and there was no significant difference(P>0.05).4.Quality of scale score resultBefore exercise intervention and after exercise intervention, there was a significant difference in quality of life scores between the experimental group and the control group(P<0.05).After the experiment, the quality of life scores of the experimental group increased significantly, and there were significant difference in quality of life scores before and after the experiment(P<0.05).In the control group, there was little change in quality of life scores before and after the experiment, and there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Specific DaoYin prescription based on the classic books of traditional Chinese medicine can effectively relieve the pain symptoms of patients with chronic shoulder pain, increase the range of motion of shoulder joint and improve the motion function of shoulder joint.2.Specific DaoYin prescription based on the classic books of traditional Chinese medicine can effectively improve the state and trait anxiety of patients with chronic shoulder pain and play a positive role in adjusting the psychological state.3.Specific DaoYin prescription based on the classic books of traditional Chinese medicine can effectively improve the physical and psychological experience of patients with chronic shoulder pain and improve their quality of life.4.Specific DaoYin prescription based on the classic books of
