Experimental Study On The Influence Of Core Strength Training On Youth Tennis Technology

As one of the essential qualities of tennis players,the strength of the core strength affects the overall physical quality and technical level of the players,and directly affects the competition results.This paper uses the methods of literature review,expert interview,comparative analysis,mathematical statistics and experiment to study the influence of core strength training on juvenile tennis skills.Taking 30 teenagers enrolled in tennis by Chengdu cc sports company as experimental objects,the experimental group adopts core strength training and the control group adopts conventional strength training.before and after the experiment,the indexes of the two groups are tested and their growth rates are calculated.after the test,if p<0.05,there is significant difference;if p>0.05,there is no significant difference.Except for different strength training methods,other technical training methods are the same.Before and after the experiment,the data of service accuracy,backhand stroke depth,backhand stroke accuracy and backhand stroke volley ball depth were tested.Before the experiment,the original data of the two groups were input into spss24.0 for independent sample T test analysis,and conclusions were drawn by horizontal comparison of different groups.After the experiment,the tennis technical test data of the two groups were entered into spss24.0 for paired sample test,and the conclusion was drawn through horizontal comparative analysis of different groups.After the experiment,the original data of technical evaluation of the two groups were entered into excel2016 to calculate the growth rate,and then spss24.0 was entered for independent sample test analysis to draw a conclusion.The research conclusion is as follows:1.Before the experimental intervention,there was no significant difference between the two groups of test subjects' core movement index data.After core strength training and conventional strength training,the two groups' core movement index were improved.After statistical analysis,there was significant difference between the experimental group and the control group.2.Before the experimental intervention,there was no significant difference in the service success rate of the two groups of test subjects,the number of areas A,B and C in areas 1 and 2,and the score.After the experimental intervention,there was no significant difference in the service success rate of the two groups of test subjects and the number of areas B,and there was significant difference in the total score of areas A and service in areas 1 and 2 of the experimental group.3.Before the experimental intervention,there was no significant difference in the depth and accuracy of the forehand and backhand strokes between the two groups.After the core strength training,the depth of forehand and backhand strokes in the experimental group had significant difference in 4 zones and double scores.After regular strength training,the success rate of the control group in hitting depth and accuracy of forehand and backhand strokes has been improved compared with that before the experiment,but there is no obvious improvement compared with the experimental group.4.Before the experimental intervention,there was no significant difference in the volley ball data of forehand and backhand between the two groups.After the experimental intervention,there was significant difference in the number and double scores of forehand volley ball in the experimental group in the 4 zones,and there was significant difference in the backhand volley count in the 3 zones,4 zones and double scores.5.Before the experimental intervention,there was no significant difference between the two groups in the technical scoring data of service,backhand and forehand strokes and volley ball.After the experimental intervention,service,backhand and volley ball all improved significantly.The recommendations are as follows:1.The training of core movements can be added to the future tennis training for teenagers.When the hitting point of forehand and backhand is relatively shallow,it should not only focus on the training of limb strength,but also improve the endurance of core muscle groups.2.In competitive matches,the threat of serving is high in the inner and outer corners,which is conducive to scoring and oppressing opponents.Core strength training should be appropriately added to serve training to improve the competition for the first point in the match.3.Core strength training has been improved in the depth,accuracy and double scoring area on the volley ball of forehand and backhand.The higher the score,the higher the depth and accuracy.Core strength training can be added to youth training to help athletes control placement and depth and make the competition develop towards victory.4.In addition to several techniques in this study,tennis techniques also include high-pressure ball technique,cutting ball technique and small ball setting technique.In the future,it is necessary to strengthen the research on other techniques and explore the role of core strength training in other technical training.5.Core strength training and conventional strength training complement each other.Conventional strength training is the foundation.Core strength training is targeted training for core parts.This article should add another group to carry out core strength training and conventional strength training at the same time,so the research is more convincing and comprehensive.One-sided only single training,should use their respective advantages to serve tennis training.There are 19 pictures,82 tables and 109 references in this paper.
