Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Fu's Subcutaneo us Needling on jiaji points and pain points in treating post-herpeti c neuralgia Patients.Methods:A total of 46 patients with herpes zoster neuralgia from the Department of Acupuncture,Massage,Rehabilitation,and Der matology,Second Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Tradi tional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into a Fu's Subcut aneous needle group(hereinafter abbreviated as group A)and ordin ary Acupuncture group(hereinafter referred to as group B),23 cas es in each group.Group A was treated with floatation Jiaji points a nd pain points on the basis of treatment,every other day;Group B was treated with acupuncture at Jiaji acupoint and acupuncture trea tment with acupuncture at the affected area once a day.Both groups took 6 days as a course of treatment,and rested for 1 day after the course of treatment.A total of 2 courses were treated.VAS scores and other symptoms were scored before and after treatment.VAS s cores were performed immediately after the treatment.The efficac y and immediate pain relief effects of the two groups were analyze d based on the score results and efficacy index.Results:The final number of effective cases in this study was 46 c ases,A and B groups were 23 cases,no rejection,shedding or term ination of the case,the statistical analysis,the results show that:1.Comparison of VAS scores: There was no significant difference i n VAS scores between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,there was a statistically significant diffe rence in VAS scores(P<0.01),and A score was lower than that in Group B;Before and after treatment,VAS scores were significantly different(P<0.01).There was a significant difference in VAS score s between the two groups after treatment(P<0.01),and there was a significant difference in VAS scores between the two groups(P<0.01),and group A score is lower than group B.2.Comparison of other symptom scores: Comparing the scores of it chiness,touch sensitivity,burning sensation,and depression in pat ients A and B between the two groups,there was no significant diff erence before treatment(P>0.05),and there was a significant diffe rence after treatment(P<0.05),and group A lower than group B.Bef ore and after the group itself,the difference in symptom scores wa s statistically significant(P<0.01).3.Comparison of curative effects: After treatment,the A and B gro ups showed statistically significant differences in efficacy(P<0.05),and A group had a significantly higher rate(82.61%)after treat ment than B group(43.47%).Conclusion:In this study,we compared the clinical observations o f treatment of postherpetic neuralgia with the Fu's Subcutaneous n eedle group(float Jiaji points and pain points)and the common ac upuncture group(needling acupuncture at Jiaji acupoint and surrou nding area)to conclude that:Both acupuncture and common acupun cture can effectively improve the pain,itching,touch sensitivity,b urning sensation,depression and other symptoms of PHN patients,all have good immediate pain relief effect.But the therapeutic effec t of the Fu's Subcutaneous therapy and the immediate analgesic eff ect are better than the ordinary acupuncture method,which is wort hy of clinical promotion.
