| Follicular dysplasia is a common reproductive endocrine disease in women of childbearing age, accounting for 40% of infertility.According to the different characteristics of ovulation disorder, modern medicine divides it into three types.Among them, type Ⅱ ovulation disorder is the most common type, accounting for 70%-80% of ovulation disorder.Modern women are facing double pressures of family and work, and the incidence of this disease is increasing year by year.Although the disease does not endanger women’s lives, the physical and psychological pressures brought by infertility are enormous, and even affect the stability of the family. The main clinical manifestations of type Ⅱ ovulation disorder were irregular menstruation, infertility, hirsutism, acne, imbalance of the ratio of Luteinizing Hormone(LH)/ Follicle-stimulating Hormone(FSH).Modern medicine for patients with fertility requirements, mainly using ovulation-promoting drugs, commonly used clomiphene, letrozole, gonadotropin and so on,but there are shortcomings.Based on the centuries of experience in treating infertility in traditional Chinese medicine, and combined with modern medical diagnosis and treatment methods, modern Chinese medicine physicians make the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine to treat infertility an advantage.Comparing with Western medicine, traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)starts from the overall concept, according to different symptoms and different periods of menstrual cycle of different patients, differentiates and treats according to syndrome differentiation, and flexibly changes medication.OBJECTIVE: Professor Ling Na,the tutor, has devoted herself to the treatment of infertility with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine for many years, and has formed her own unique diagnostic and therapeutic thinking. This article summarizes the clinical experience of the tutor in the treatment of type Ⅱ ovulation disorder, and provides a new idea for the treatment of type Ⅱ ovulation disorder by the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine.Materials and Methods: Through three years’ experience in following up with teachers, the author summarized the traits of mentors’ understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of type Ⅱ ovulation disorder, differentiation of symptoms and signs, treatment and medication. The cases were collected from gynecological clinic of Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from 2017 to 2018.They were diagnosed as type Ⅱ ovulation disorder and 40 infertile patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome. The changes of TCM syndrome score, endometrial thickness, ovulation rate, pregnancy rate,LH,FSH,LH/FSH and T on HCG days were observed before and after treatment. Results: The score of TCM syndromes improved significantly before and after treatment(P< 0.05).The cure rate was 5%,the marked effect was 42.5%,the effective rate was 47.5%,the ineffective rate was 5%,and the total effective rate was 95%.The endometrial thickness of HCG days after treatment did not increase significantly compared with that before treatment(P > 0.05).In this clinical observation, the ovulation rate was 86.6%,higher than the average level of CC ovulation induction;LH,FSH,LH/FSH,T before and after treatment. All of them were better than those before treatment(P < 0.05).Conclusion: The experience prescription can effectively improve the clinical manifestation of kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome;increase ovulation rate;the experience prescription can improve endometrial receptivity;Professor Ling Na’s understanding and treatment of type Ⅱ ovulation disorder has unique insights, good clinical efficacy, and has clinical guiding value. |
