Analysis Of Related Drugs Used In The Treatment Of Eczema With The Method Of Strengthening The Spleen And Removing Dampness

Objective: all the data of this study are from CNKI,VIP Chinese periodical database and Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform(October 1999-September 2019)periodicals,and the relevant literatures on treating eczema by invigorating spleen and eliminating dampness are included.Modern computer technology and statistical methods are used to explore the medication rules of Chinese medicine for treating eczema by "invigorating spleen and eliminating dampness",so as to provide some guidance for the treatment of eczema.Material and method:through the collection,induction,collation and establishment of“ "modern prescription database of spleen invigorating and dampness eliminating therapy" in the Chinese website from October 1999 to September 2019,the data processing function of spss22.0 and SPSS modeler 18.0 was used for frequency analysis,correlation analysis and cluster analysis.Results:1.Literature results: Consult Chinese website journals,collect documents that meet the inclusion and exclusion criteria,delete duplicate documents,and finally obtain a total of 264 articles that meet the spleen and dampness treatment for eczema.2.Frequency results: Data analysis of 170 Chinese herbs obtained in this study,among which10 Chinese herbs with higher frequency and higher frequency are Poria cocos,Atractylodes macrocephala,Licorice,Coix seed,Fresh white peel,Cangzhu,Alisma,Orange peel,Ground skin and cork.Among them,heat-clearing medicines,diuretic medicines,tonic medicines,dampening medicines and qi medicines are most commonly used.Poria can be used up to 201 times.3.Association rule analysis results: Association rule analysis is performed on drugs with a frequency ≧ 17,and a total of 522 rule sets are generated.It is drawn from the association rule network diagram: Poria,Atractylodes,Licorice,and Orange peel are often used in clinical practice.In the analysis of association rules,Poria + Atractylodes;Poria + Licorice +Atractylodes;Atractylodes + Chenpi + Cangzhu + Poria,Atractylodes + Chenpi +Atractylodes + Licorice + Poria have the highest support.4.Result of drug cluster analysis: cluster analysis of the top 40 drugs,7 types of drugs.A total of 2 basic prescriptions and 5 syndrome-addition and subtraction drug groups were obtained.Conclusion:1.In the data mining research on the treatment of eczema with the method of strengthening the spleen and removing dampness,the main medications are diuretic medicine,tonic,and heat-clearing drugs.2.While using traditional Chinese medicine to strengthen the spleen and remove dampness to treat eczema,according to syndrome differentiation,the medicine is used to clear heat,nourish blood,and relieve itching to improve the effectiveness of medication.3.This study shows that in the process of clinical treatment of eczema,it is not confined to the traditional syndrome differentiation of eczema,and the treatment method combining disease and syndrome is mostly used.4.From the research of modern pharmacology,it is found that most of the traditional Chinese medicines for strengthening the spleen and removing dampness have the effects of anti-inflammatory,heat removal,immune regulation and improvement of the surrounding circulation,and then it is combined with traditional syndrome differentiation and treatment in the clinic,which can effectively reduce the pain of patients.
