Research On The Social Participation Model Of Community Correction Work In My Country

Community correction is an important system to perfect the execution of punishment and promote the modernization of national governance system and governance ability.On December 28,2019,the 15 th meeting of the Standing Committee of the Thirteenth National People's Congress adopted the Law of the People's Republic of China on Community Correction(hereinafter referred to as the Law on Community Correction),which will be implemented from July 1,2020.The adoption of the Law on Community Correction has fully opened a new situation of community correction work,and also provided a legal basis for social work to participate in the orientation,form of participation,service content of community correction.In the process of social participation in community correction,how to coordinate social forces and market forces into the network of community correction governance,to solve the problems of insufficient participation of social and market subjects in community correction,and the dispersion of management forces,has become a problem worthy of further discussion.In this context,it is the core issue of this study to explore how to construct an effective social participation model of community correction work,fully let the social and market subjects participate in community correction governance,and realize the collaborative governance innovation of community correction.This study takes the new public management and cooperative governance as the perspective,and takes the social participation model of community correction work as the research content,mainly discusses how to construct the effective social participation model of community correction work,to solve the problem of the operation link of social participation in community correction work,and to give play to the synergy of government,society,market and other multiple subjects in community correction governance.This paper analyzes the actual situation of social participation in community correction in Pingyang County from the perspective of public administration and cooperative governance by comparing the social participation in community correction abroad and studying the social participation in the "Beijing model" and "Shanghai model" which have been formed in the community correction work inChina.At the same time,the method of questionnaire to understand the social awareness of community correction in Pingyang County and social forces involved in community correction work,analysis of social forces involved in community correction work problems and deficiencies,and fully learn from foreign advanced experience,combined with regional reality,put forward Pingyang County social participation in community correction model construction,improve the implementation system of community correction in Pingyang County,strengthen the implementation of community correction,improve the effect of community correction play a positive reference role,in order to provide useful inspiration for other regions.
