With the rapid development of computer and 3S technology,the technology level of urban planning assistant decision is constantly improving.The traditional urban planning assistant decision based on 2D GIS can provide accurate data support for the scientific decision of urban planning,but the visualization effect is not good enough.Because 3D GIS can provide more spatial information,it has been highly concerned and developed rapidly.However,at present,3D GIS has insufficient ability in complex spatial analysis and calculation,which can not completely replace 2D GIS.Therefore,the urban planning assistant decision system based on the integration of two and three dimensions is of great significance in supporting urban planning decision-making.In this paper,based on the popular B/S software development mode,the domestic general GIS platform SupcrMap,open GIS platform GeoServer,geotools and so on,the urban planning assistant decision system based on 2D and 3D integration is designed and developed based on the way of front-end separation.First of all,the massive 2Dor 3D data related to urban planning are preprocessed and stored in the database.Then,the key technologies such as web front and back and GIS related to urban planning assistant decision system are studied to determine the technical system of system development.Based on the technical system,the functions designed by each module in the system are realized.In the process of system implementation,based on high-precision algorithm support,the effect of two-dimensional and three-dimensional linkage is realized,so that the system can not only use the powerful spatial analysis and calculation ability of 2D GIS,but also use the excellent visualization ability of 3D GIS;based on the super map The research of iobjects and geotools solves the problem of online conversion and loading of CAD data in WebGIS,saves the time of related work;through the analysis of GeoServer architecture and source code,realizes the function of automatically publishing map service in the background based on rest interface in the system,improves the automation level of the system;based on the analysis of WebGL technology and SuperMap 3D related technology Analysis and research,improve the rendering efficiency of the system 3D data,achieve high-performance 3D visualization and 3D spatial analysisIn this paper,based on the 2D and 3D integration of Qingdao West Coast New Area urban planning decision system,the comprehensive use of 2D and 3D integration,Cloud GIS and other technologies,make full use of the advantages of 2D and 3D data,forming a set of rich and standardized urban planning decision-making database,it has realized the function modules of one map of urban planning data,urban design research,urban intelligent planning,3D spatial analysis,digital scenic area management,etc.,providing strong decision support for urban design,architectural planning,urban tourism and other aspects of the West Coast New Area of Qingdao,and improving the comprehensive research level of the city.
