Risk Management Research On The Geological Disasters Monitoring And Warning Program Of XC Company In TR City

Being one of the countries most seriously impacted by geological dangers,China has frequently been subject to geological disasters since ancient years.These geological disasters often bring about extreme threats to people's lives and property,and seriously influence the sustainable development of social economy.Therefore,it is imperative to make sure that every geological disaster warning program construction be in good quality,and continually improve the ability of geological disaster warning and forecasting in China to ensure that people live stable and even prosperous lives and that the whole nation's economic growth is sustained at a reasonable rate.While establishing a warning program to forecast many of the known kinds of geological disasters,the total amount of the cost,the efficiency of the whole construction process,and quality of the program being implemented will be subject to the influence of the Risk Management.In other words,the Risk Management will implement the success of a geological disaster warning program in a very direct way.So,how can we deeply comprehend the risk characteristics of every stage like start,planning,implementation,and closure in a geological disaster warning program,and according to these risk characteristics how can we accurately make management measures,it is very important to the constant improvement of our geological disaster monitoring and early warning ability.The geological disaster monitoring and warning program of XC company in TR city is selected as a study case elaborately discussed in this paper.Thanks to the knowledge concerning the project risk management,theories and tools on risk management,after gaining an in-depth understanding of the real situation of the study case and relatively sufficiently studying of the case,we preliminarily discuss in this paper how to use scholarly works on Risk Management by constructing a monitoring and warning system for geological disasters.The first chapter is concerned about the previous research on the issue in question,the purpose of the research,and the domestic and international study on management surveys targeted for forecasting geological disasters.Then,the paper explains in detail the important theories to be adopted in this paper on Risk Management.Also,the article layouts the Risk Management plan based on the reality of XC company and study case and multi-dimentionally recognizes the actual risks adopting the Work Breakdown Structure method,Checklist method and Brainstorm method,and the main risk content of the project is clarified.After risk recognition,this article deeply analyzes these multiple risks of every establishing stage of the study case adopting the method of expert evaluation through grading and the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,the risk level of the project is obtained.In the ending part,this article raises corresponding dealing and monitoring solutions based on the results of risk evaluation following the risk replying principles.By means of this research on managing and monitoring geological disasters for XC company in TR city,we could ensure the quality to some degrees.At the same time,we could promote these applications to other programs of XC company or similar projects of other companies,hoping to provide valuable references to a broader range.
