Spunlaced nonwovens are widely used in beauty care,medical care,and life cleaning.In recent years,the world has witnessed its growth and development.With the influx of a large number of enterprises,the competition among industries is fierce,and technology upgrades have become the key to the market.The energy consumption problem of the spunlaced production line has always hindered the development of the enterprise.As a huge undertaker of the energy consumption of the spunlace production line,the drying process accounts for almost 50%of the energy consumption of the entire production line,which has been plaguing most enterprises.At home and abroad,there are few studies on the calculation of drying heat energy and drying energy saving.Most enterprises can't start with the drying process,and the setting of drying process and energy consumption become a production problem.Therefore,the calculation of drying heat energy and energy saving in the production process of nonwovens have important engineering application significance.Based on the latest imported high-speed straight-line production line of Shandong Yongxin Nonwoven Materials Co.,Ltd.,this subject has carried out detailed analysis on the whole process of hot air through drying;it introduces the Advantage dryer produced by ANDRITZ in detail.Especially,the structural unit,principle and working process of the dryer.The experimental research on the energy consumption and influencing factors of the high-speed production line that has been put into production for 2 years has been carried out.At the same time,the reason for the large energy consumption of the drying line of this line has been evaluated,and according to this,the drying process is adjusted.In view of the two problems that occur during the drying process,which are problems that the entire width of the fabric is far from the far end of the fan and the moisture regain of the entire fabric is uneven.I experiment,improve and verify.This provides guidance for the production line to reduce energy consumption and the company's selection of drying equipment.In the actual production process,the important process parameters affecting drying include pre-bake regain,drying temperature,circulating air volume,moisture discharge,etc.The experimental results show that the re-humidification rate before drying determines the drying load.According to different speeds and product types,choose the appropriate pumping frequency,such as 50%viscose 50%polyester,plain weave 45g/m~2 spunlace suction frequency can be selected at about 75%.After exploring the moisture regaining rate,drying temperature and exhaust temperature and humidity before drying,it was found that the main reason for the high natural gas consumption of the Perfodry Advantage dryer was the high temperature and low humidity of the exhaust gas.The temperature and humidity of the exhaust gas are controlled by adjusting the intake and exhaust dampers and the temperature of the lower portion of the upper portion of the dryer.Set the lower temperature of the dryer to be higher than the upper temperature,and,the upper and lower temperature difference is about 45°C.The lower intake damper is closed,fresh air is only replenished from the upper intake valve,the lower exhaust damper is fully open,and the upper exhaust damper is half open,so that the exhaust and the drying process parameters that can save the natural gas consumption of 10 Nm~3/ton or more are explored.Using the basic knowledge of thermal engineering to calculate the heat energy of the drying,the thermal efficiency of the Perfodry advantage dryer is above 80%,but the other heat loss is serious,accounting for more than 10%.From the temperature distribution and characterization of the surface of the drying enclosure,multiple layers of asbestos can be placed at high temperature to insulate to reduce other heat loss.Due to the structure of the dryer itself,the moisture regain of the selvage is high,and on the entire width of the cloth surface,the moisture regain rate is high on both sides.This topic combines the structural transformation adjustment with the experimental verification,analyzes the causes of uneven drying and carries out corresponding transformations,alleviating the problem of high back moisture and uneven moisture,which reduces the unevenness of drying by 90%.It provides a basis for the optimization design of the drum structure of the dryer and the selection of the drum,which is beneficial to guide the actual production.
