Driven by the global "Industry 4.0" environment,countries around the world have formulated and initiated plans to transform and upgrade from traditional manufacturing to intelligent manufacturing.In order to promote the intelligent upgrading and transformation of domestic manufacturing and advanced technology,China has formulated detailed development strategies for specific production areas based on its own development status,focusing on promoting digital construction with information integration as the core.With the development of network information technology,more and more enterprises have a strong demand for information interconnection,which puts forward higher requirements for industrial control and data acquisition systems.At present,the tufting carpet machine workshop is facing the problems of single data acquisition means,lack of unified data interaction model,and independent information between equipment and systems in the workshop,which makes it difficult to achieve effective data management and information integration.Based on the current production status of tufting carpet machine workshop,this paper proposes the architecture and functions that tufting carpet machine digital workshop should meet based on the characteristics of the tufting carpet machine workshop and the realization of the business needs of the digital workshop.First,by using OPC UA technology,a standardized tufting carpet machine information model framework was established for the core equipment of the workshop.Under the guidance of the OPC UA specification,use the information modeling tool to instantiate the tufting carpet machine information model,and developed a unified interface for data acquisition of tufting carpet machine,proposed a specific plan for realizing information integration and interconnection in the tufting carpet machine workshop.Next,in view of the health indicator attributes in the information model of the tufting carpet machine shog system information model and the drawbacks of equipment maintenance in the tufting carpet machine workshop,a data-driven tufting carpet machine shog system predictability is proposed.The maintenance plan is to process and analyze the collected historical operating data,build a suitable predictive model algorithm,monitor its operating status and predict the remaining useful life of the system based on the vibration data of the shog system,which not only enriches the attribute information of the tufting carpet machine information model,but also provides new solutions and ideas for the maintenance and management of workshop equipment.Finally,in order to verify the feasibility of the tufting carpet machine information model in realizing data interconnection,the tufting carpet machine shog system life prediction algorithm was integrated into the OPC UA server,and the tufting carpet machine workshop with the OPC UA technology integrated with the MQTT protocol was proposed.The Internet of Things program in the tufting carpet machine workshop focuses on the detailed design of the realization of the equipment layer,service layer and data layer in the Internet of Things framework,proposes an implementation plan for data interaction between the data layer and the application layer,and completes the experimental test.Finally,it was verified that based on the tufting carpet machine information model,the information integration and interconnection of the tufting carpet machine workshop can be realized,and the production data of the bottom tufting carpet machine can be uploaded to the cloud,so that the enterprise management personnel can remotely access the workshop production data.
