The continuous improvement of social economy can not do without the vigorous development of manufacturing industry,which is an important way to promote the rapid development of industrialization and improve comprehensive national strength.The application specialty of CNC technology in secondary vocational and technical schools includes CNC programming,machine tool operation,machine tool maintenance,programming and debugging,etc.With the ability of drawing and drawing,cutting and processing in machine manufacturing,application of CAD/CAM technology and machine tool maintenance,it aims at high-quality workers and special middle-level and high-level skilled personnel.As one of the core courses of this specialty,the application of CAD/CAM technology still has some shortcomings.In order to achieve better teaching effect,it is imminent to adopt project-based teaching method to develop the application course of CAD/CAM technology.The contents of the study are as follows: firstly,the background and significance of the study are clarified;then,the current situation at home and abroad is systematically analyzed and summarized by means of literature research method,and the core concepts of the study are defined;The theoretical basis of developing the course of CAD/CAM technology application is elaborated.Through the investigation and analysis of three secondary vocational schools and three small and medium-sized enterprises in Jilin Province,it is found that the teaching process is inconsistent with the production process.Therefore,developing the course of CAD/CAM technology application,restructuring the content of the course structure,applying project-based teaching method in the course,Changchun Ruisi CNC Technology Co.,Ltd.is involved in the course development,can integrate theory with practice,and put forward that the goal of the course is to train students to be new practical talents with qualified professional competence and conforming to the standards of employment in enterprises.Put forward a more scientific and reasonable evaluation model for students.The result of the study is to establish a new course standard combined with professional skills,carry out a case study on the teaching of connecting rod between crankshaft and piston of automobile engine in practical engineering,and elaborate the application of project-based teaching method in the course of application of CAD/CAM technology,so as to provide reference for the development of other engineering technical courses in secondary vocational schools.
