| In recent years,with the implementation of the national strategy of comprehensively deepening reform and the acceleration of the process of new urbanization construction,new requirements for the transformation and development of the construction industry have been put forward,while the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry will inevitably bring about significant changes in the production mode of the construction industry.In the past,the traditional production mode of Chinese construction industry was mainly manual operation,which led to more production on the construction site,more wet work,more waste of materials,more aerial work and serious environmental pollution such as dust and noise.All these problems have been restricting the rapid development of the construction industry.In order to speed up construction,reduce labor intensity,improve construction quality and labor production efficiency,and completely change the traditional high-consumption production mode,it is necessary to develop construction industrialization.Prefabricated buildings can not only improve the construction efficiency and quality,but also lead the new mode of modern building construction,promote the development of the building industry to the direction of green,energy saving and sustainable,and the development of building products to the direction of economic application,green and beautiful,and truly realize the fundamental transformation of building construction technology.First of all,through the definition and characteristics of prefabricated building,the introduction of prefabricated building system and the construction technology of concrete structure of prefabricated building,this paper expounds the basic theory of prefabricated building in detail,analyzes the technical difficulties that may be encountered in the construction process of different structures of prefabricated building,and simply divides the construction process of prefabricated building into construction preparation and construction There are three processes of hoisting and node connection.Secondly,it analyzes the characteristics of the construction safety risk of the prefabricated building,decomposes the construction safety risk of the prefabricated building according to the three dimensions of management factors,internal factors and environmental factors,and then identifies the construction safety risk of the prefabricated building and lists the risk list.According to the establishment principle of evaluation index system,literature reading analysis and expert interview results,the evaluation index system is constructed from 6 aspects: personnel factor,mechanical equipment factor,material factor,technical factor,management factor and environmental factor,the AHP method is used to give weight to the first level indexes,and then the ABC classification method is used to build the index system of safety risk assessment for prefabricated building construction.Finally,taking the project of Jinan Yajule Jincheng as an example,the applicability of the evaluation model is verified.The important,general and secondary safety risks in the construction process of prefabricated buildings are obtained,which provides the basis for the safety management in the construction site of prefabricated buildings. |
