Research On Construction Safety Risk Management Of Prefabricated Building Based On Bim Technology

Since entering the new century,a new construction mode(assembly type)came into being.Because the construction environment,construction technology,construction tools and tools have changed a lot compared with traditional construction,there are also many unknown risk factors.The rational application of BIM technology in the construction process of prefabricated buildings can provide an efficient data management mode,and also can realize the visual expression of safety data information,so as to reduce the probability of safety accidents in prefabricated buildings.Firstly,this paper comprehensively expounds the research status and development trend at home and abroad from two aspects of the construction safety management of prefabricated buildings and the application of BIM technology,and discusses the main research contents and methods.Secondly,the construction status and existing construction safety problems of A prefabricated building project in Zhejiang Province are analyzed,and relevant scientific measurement tools are used to find the safety risk factors in the construction process of the prefabricated building.Thirdly,BIM technology is used to realize the visual expression of the construction safety information of prefabricated buildings,and a risk management and control system is constructed to avoid potential risks in time.Finally,BIM technology is used for modeling and application effect evaluation and summary,so as to achieve the purpose of safe construction management of prefabricated engineering.The above thesis work has a practical guidance significance on the safety management of prefabricated building construction,the application of BIM technology to industrial prefabricated building construction has great potential for development,by information technology,promote the development of industrialization,and provide reference for the future construction safety management of prefabricated building projects.
