Research On Government Obligation Of Urban Domestic Waste Classification

With the development of my country’s social economy,the tide of urban construction has swept the country.While promoting the process of urbanization,it has also made the situation of urban environmental pollution increasingly serious.And how to solve one of the most important sources of pollution in the city-domestic waste,has become a difficult and painful point of urban environmental protection.Solving the problem of urban domestic waste disposal is not only the need of urban development,but also an important project of people’s livelihood.However,at present,my country still has many problems in the system and mechanism of municipal solid waste classification,government regulations,environmental protection publicity and public participation.In order to achieve the goal of building an ecological civilization,speed up the process of sorting out urban domestic waste in my country,reduce hidden risks of social stability,and ensure the sustainable development of the social economy.Therefore,this article is devoted to the study of government obligations in the municipal solid waste classification and management.The main body of the thesis is divided into four parts.The first part firstly introduces various ways and methods of waste classification from basic theory,including waste classification standards,classification methods,and classification categories.It aims to provide better information for residents in the classification of urban domestic waste.Effective guidance;Chapter 2 analyzes the specific legal obligations that the government should undertake in accordance with laws and regulations in the garbage classification work,and elaborate on the possibility and inevitability of the implementation of these obligations;Chapter 3 analyzes the current government classification of urban domestic garbage The status quo and existing problems in the management work,combined with the government’s responsibilities for the failure to perform its duties seriously in the classification of urban domestic waste,can effectively help the government better fulfill its legal obligations;Chapter IV Summarize the existing problems in the classification of urban domestic waste,and put forward targeted recommendations one by one,including building a modern management system for urban domestic waste classification,improving the government decision-making mechanism for multi-agent participation in waste classification management,the government establishing an ecological compensation mechanism,and improving government accountability.Content,etc.,to make contributions within our ability for the classification of urban domestic waste.
