The construction industry has made an important contribution to Chinese economic and social development,and plays an important role in Chinese economic development.In recent years,although the construction authorities at all levels and the majority of construction enterprises in China attach great importance to the problem of safety production,the relevant laws and regulations,safe operation procedures and technical standards are constantly updated and improved,the situation of safety production in the construction field is still grim,and safe accidents are still frequent,which reason huge losses of life and property to the people.Research shows that unsafe behavior is an important cause of safety accidents,so reducing unsafe behavior can effectively decline the occurrence of safety accidents.At present,the new generation of construction workers have become the main force in the construction site.It is very important to study the various factors that induce the unsafe behavior of the new generation of construction workers,and then to put forward the intervention strategies.Firstly,this paper constructs the research framework of the induction mechanism of unsafe behavior of the new generation of construction workers,combined with the accident cause theory and social exchange theory,by analyzing the group characteristics and interest demands of the new generation of construction workers.Secondly,20 new generation construction workers and 5 front-line safety managers were invited to conduct in-depth interviews.The qualitative research method of grounded theory was used to identify the inducing factors of unsafe behavior of new generation construction workers.A total of 30 initial categories,13 main categories and 3 sub core categories were obtained.Finally,13 inducing factors of unsafe behavior of new generation construction workers were determined.Thirdly,the comprehensive influence matrix of unsafe behavior inducements of the new generation of construction workers was obtained by inviting 6 University experts in the field of unsafe behavior research and14 safety management experts in the construction front line to score the mutual influence degree of the identified 13 inducements,and comprehensively using DEMATEL and ISM research methods for data analysis and processing.At the same time seven key inducements were identified,including social security The quality of exchange relationship is poor,safety investment is insufficient,safety management system is not implemented in place,government supervision is weak,safety awareness is weak,unsafe psychology and safety atmosphere are poor.On this basis,a hierarchical structure model of inducement set is constructed,which involves three levels: surface inducement,deep inducement and root inducement.Finally,this paper puts forward the intervention strategies of unsafe behavior of the new generation of construction workers,from the five levels of individual,team,enterprise,industry and government,then constructs the intervention model.The research results of this paper further expand the research scope of influencing factors of unsafe behavior of construction workers,and enrich the theoretical system of behavior safety management research in the construction field.The proposed intervention strategies can provide reference for the majority of construction enterprises,industry associations and government departments to effectively improve the unsafe behavior of the new generation of construction workers,further improve the level of safety management,and promote the sustainable and healthy development of Chinese construction industry.There are 16 pictures,19 tables and 142 references in this paper. |
