| With the rapid development of China’s national economy,the problem of urban solid waste pollution has become more and more serious,which runs counter to the urgent needs of residents for a better environment.Therefore,China has accelerated the implementation of the policy plan of urban solid waste classification management.Garbage classification runs through the whole garbage disposal system,and garbage transfer station plays an important role in the garbage disposal system.Reasonable refuse transfer station can not only reduce the disposal cost of garbage,but also reduce environmental pollution and improve the recycling rate of resources.This paper studies the siting model and application of MSW classification and transfer station.First of all,through literature research and practical investigation,this paper expounds the relevant theories of urban living garbage classification transfer station location,including the concept of urban living garbage classification and processing,waste transfer station site selection principles and methods,the fuzzy membership degree and the GIS space analysis theory,for the construction of index system of urban house refuse transfer station location below and laid a good groundwork location model.Then,combined with the characteristics of municipal solid waste classification,the principle of garbage transfer station site selection and the related requirements of urban planning,the fuzzy Delphi method is used to establish the index system of urban solid waste classification transfer station site selection from four aspects:natural factors,economic factors,political factors,social factors.Then,based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and GIS spatial analysis method,the site selection model of MSW classification transfer station is constructed.Fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is used to calculate the weight of each influence index,and on the basis of quantitative analysis of index factors,GIS spatial analysis method is further used to get the best location of the transfer station.Finally,taking Jiangning District of Nanjing as the research area,Fuzzy-AHP-GIS site selection model is applied to the location of domestic waste transfer station in Jiangning District.Through data collection,analysis and research comparison,a more reasonable location of recycling waste transfer station is obtained.The site selection model of MSW classification and transfer station constructed in this paper can provide some reference for other cities to study the site selection of MSW transfer station. |
