Evaluation And Strategy Research Of Construction Waste Recycling And Utilization

In recent years,the speed of urbanization development in China has been accelerating,and it has gradually entered the stage of improving the quality of stock,and a large number of urban building demolitions have caused a sharp increase in construction waste emissions.China’s construction waste management relative to the Western developed countries to start a little late,the current construction waste management policies and regulations and treatment technology and other aspects of the development is also relatively backward,and construction waste production is increasing year by year.With the improvement of people’s living standards and the enhancement of environmental awareness,the importance of protecting the ecological environment is getting higher and higher,if the treatment of construction waste is not appropriate,it will cause great harm to the environment and cause serious waste of resources,which is not in line with our concept of sustainable development.Shijiazhuang City is the capital city of Hebei Province,but also an important part of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei metropolitan circle,itself Shijiazhuang City construction waste resource utilization started late,and now it is facing such a huge waste production,so it has brought problems to the construction waste treatment,for the above problems,how to efficiently turn construction waste into treasure,is the focus of this thesis research.With the help of the mature experience of academic scholars at home and abroad,this thesis combines with the actual situation of Shijiazhuang City to improve the utilization rate of construction waste resources,promote the process of construction waste resources,and promote the sustainable development of the city.On the basis of circular economy theory,this thesis uses the literature research method and delphi method and the analytic hierarchy method,through the qualitative analysis of the factors affecting the evaluation of the resource utilization of construction waste,constructs an index system for the evaluation of the resource utilization of construction waste according to the current situation of the resource utilization of construction waste in Shijiazhuang,and then uses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to explore the problems in the resource utilization of construction waste in Shijiazhuang,and from the evaluation results,the evaluation conclusion of the resource utilization of construction waste in Shijiazhuang is "general".In view of the evaluation results,with reference to the experience of construction waste resource utilization at home and abroad,corresponding strategies are proposed for the resource utilization of construction waste in Shijiazhuang,including the adoption of reasonable economic policies,increased scientific research and capital investment,improvement and improvement of the legal and regulatory system,and attention to publicity and education.
