Study On Sustainable Development Of Characteristic Small Town Of Ligezhuang Town,jiaozhou City

Under the background of rural revitalization and new urbanization strategy,characteristic towns,as an important measure to promote regional transformation and innovative development,play an important role in optimizing urban and rural economic structure,realizing resource integration and promoting regional economic development.But at present,there are many problems in the construction and development of characteristic towns,such as "emphasizing quantity" and "neglecting quality" and blindly pursuing economic benefits,which hinder the healthy and sustainable development of characteristic towns.Therefore,at present,we should pay attention to creating the new development mode of connotation and sustainability of characteristic towns,so as to effectively improve the development quality of characteristic towns and promote the long-term development of characteristic towns.This paper takes the characteristic town of Ligezhuang Town,Jiaozhou City,Shandong Province,one of the first representative "Small towns with Chinese characteristics",as the research object.Based on sustainable development theory,industrial cluster theory and other relevant theories,it obtains relevant data through field research and statistical yearbook.After combing and analyzing the basic situation,development advantages and existing problems of the characteristic town of Ligezhuang town,it is found that the characteristic town of Ligezhuang Town is facing problems such as low industrial agglomeration,insufficient talent support and ecological livable environment to be improved.Therefore,this paper takes 2011-2020 as the research period,and constructs the evaluation index system of sustainable development of characteristic town of Ligezhuang town from three aspects: industrial economy,social development and ecological livable.With the help of the entropy weight TOPSIS model,the entropy value method is used to determine the weight of the evaluation index,and the relative closeness degree of the whole and each subsystem is calculated by the TOPSIS model,so as to clarify the sustainable development level of the characteristic town of Ligezhuang Town.Further,the obstacle factor diagnostic model is used to measure the obstacle degree of the criterion layer and find out the obstacle factors that restrict the improvement of the sustainable development level of the characteristic town of Ligezhuang Town.Through data analysis,it is found that the sustainable development level of characteristic towns in Ligezhuang Town shows an overall upward trend from 2011 to2020,and enters the sustainable development stage from the unsustainable stage.From the perspective of obstacle degree,in recent years,public green space per capita,water resources per capita and the proportion of high-tech industrial output value in total industrial output value above designated size are the main obstacle factors that restrict the improvement of sustainable development level of The characteristic town of Ligezhuang Town.Finally,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the sustainable development level of the characteristic town of Ligezhuang Town,including: Strengthen the introduction of talents,promote the transformation of old and new driving forces,improve industrial agglomeration,create the development of the whole industry chain,improve the town style,adhere to the priority of ecological development,focus on building a network platform and accelerate the construction of smart blocks and other measures,so as to enhance the sustainable development level of The characteristic town of Ligezhuang Town.
