Study On The Public Medical Service In Shenyang Public Hospital Of Traditional Chinese Medicine

At present,with the rapid development of China’s current society,the public’s demand for medical services is growing day by day.The improvement of medical service quality is also increasingly important for the common people’s experience of seeing a doctor and improving their living standards.The current situation and progress of TCM medical service development are related to the in-depth improvement of medical service level with Chinese characteristics.Understanding the contribution of public medical service in public TCM hospitals to the whole health system is more conducive to improving people’s health level.In this paper,the research mainly adopts the document analysis method,questionnaire survey method of Shenyang three researches on the public health service public hospital of traditional Chinese medicine,the hospital staff,and with the cooperation of in hospital patients,after the three public field observation and research of Chinese medicine hospital completed a questionnaire to a preset distribution,collection,sorting,through the various indicators of the questionnaire and data sorting,sums up the current three public hospital of traditional Chinese medicine hospital some problems in public health care services,Questionnaires are set on the basis of patients’ practical demands for public medical services and related theories and development laws of public medical services,which are objective and reliable to a certain extent.Through questionnaire and interview in the hospital for patients and staff,found the current public hospital of Chinese medicine health care quality and safety management mechanism is imperfect,the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine public health service to improve,to strengthen public medical service quality,medical environment and medical processes and services of traditional Chinese medicine with western medicine hospital obvious gap to build five aspects of problems such as shrink,And weak relationship between medical quality management in traditional Chinese medicine,human resource management problems short board,the cultivation of medical personnel talent echelon remains a problem,lack of scientific planning and design of medical treatment process and environmental construction,promotional aspects specific analysis and evaluation system defects of traditional Chinese medicine the fundamental cause of the problem of medical services,and from strengthening the medical quality and safety management,perfect the human resource allocation,to strengthen the construction of hospital talents,strengthening the medical service environment and the construction process of traditional Chinese medicine and TCM characteristics,improve the service level of traditional Chinese medicine and so on proposed the practical significance to guidance countermeasure,Shenyang public hospital of traditional Chinese medicine can achieve long-term sustainable development only by actively improving patients’ medical experience,improving patients’ satisfaction and improving their own medical service quality.
