The Current Situation,Problems And Strategies Of The Old-age Care Model With Integrated Medical Care In Nanchang

Against the background of increasingly severe aging in my country,the health status of the elderly presents the characteristics of high prevalence,many complications,and long treatment cycles.The elderly population has an increasing demand for continuous and comprehensive medical rehabilitation.At this time,the function of family care for the elderly is weakening.Medical institutions "only provide medical care but not old-age care",and elderly care institutions "only provide care but not provide medical care".The supply gap of integrated medical care services is getting bigger and bigger.In this context,the medical-care-integrated elderly care model has emerged,and it has become an inevitable measure for my country to respond to the aging of the population and meet the diverse elderly needs of the elderly.Nanchang has entered the ranks of aging cities since 2004.The elderly population has also shown the characteristics of aging,disability,empty nesting,and rapid growth in the process of increasing year by year.The development of an old-age care model that integrates medical care and elderly care has a strong practical necessity to alleviate the increasingly serious elderly care problems in Nanchang and meet the diverse needs of Nanchang citizens.Since Nanchang was identified as a national pilot city for the integration of medical and elderly care in 2016,it has continuously explored a model of integrated elderly care that is suitable for the local area,and has formed its own characteristic practices and typical models.At the same time,it is also facing many new problems and challenges.This article closely focuses on the five elements of the pension model,namely,service subject,service object,service content,service form,and management system.It deeply explores the existing problems,causes and corresponding cracking strategies of the integrated medical care and pension model in Nanchang City.First,starting from the service subject,it analyzes the supply of medical and elderly care services in Nanchang;starting from the service object,it examines the needs of the elderly in Nanchang for elderly care services;starting from the management system,it sorts out the recent years of integration of medical and elderly care in Nanchang.Related policies and main practices.Then,starting from the service form and service content,it introduces in detail the five typical modes of the integration of medical care and nursing in Nanchang City.With the help of practical cases,the operation mode,advantages and disadvantages,and development trends of each mode are compared and analyzed.Finally,it summarizes the five main problems that Nanchang City faces in the development of the integrated medical care and elderly care model at this stage: that is,the service body is not active in participating,and the lack of professional talents;the recognition of service objects is not high,and the evaluation classification is not detailed;The degree of personalization and refinement of service content is weak,and the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine are not fully utilized;in terms of service form,the integration of medical and pension resources is low,and the characteristic model has not been promoted;in terms of management system,supporting policies are not fully implemented,and social capital is not fully implemented.The encouragement mechanism for China has not been fully established.On the basis of clarifying the above-mentioned main issues,learn from the typical practices and successful experiences of advanced countries such as the United Kingdom,the United States,Japan,and domestic cities such as Qingdao,Shanghai,and Suzhou on the integration of medical care,we propose countermeasures and suggestions to improve the elderly care model of the integrated medical care in Nanchang from five aspects: Accelerate the cultivation of professional talents with integrated medical and elderly care;secondly,in terms of service objects,improve the evaluation and grading mechanism for the elderly;thirdly,in terms of service content,fully integrate local Chinese medicine characteristics into the integrated medical and elderly care model;fourthly,in terms of service forms,Focusing on promoting the integration of medical and elderly care into communities and families;fifth,in terms of management systems,promote the full implementation of security policies and guide social capital to participate in the construction of integrated medical and elderly care institutions.
