Active aging has become the strategy and choice of the international community to deal with aging,and the healthy self-help behavior of the middle-aged and elderly groups is the core manifestation of active aging.Social support can promote the healthy self-help behavior of middle-aged and elderly people."Internet +" provides new ideas for social support,in which the improvement of electronic health literacy is the key.Middle-aged and elderly people can use electronic health information to improve their own healthy self-help behaviors,and at the same time,in a self-help and mutual assistance environment,they can truly provide for the elderly,learn and use them.Middle-aged and elderly people are the main beneficiaries of electronic health information.Affected by history and physical conditions,middle-aged and elderly people also have obstacles to using smart devices,electronic health information assessment,and even fear and resistance to the use of electronic devices.Based on the combination of social cognition theory,information ecology theory and technology acceptance model,this paper believes that the healthy self-help behavior of middle-aged and elderly people can be affected by the social support of environmental factors and their own ability and electronic health literacy.Based on this,this article explores the influence mechanism of social support,e-health literacy and healthy self-help behaviors of middle-aged and elderly groups,and provides a path reference for realizing active aging.This research divides social support into real social support and network social support.Real social support is divided into formal social support and informal social support.Finally,it studies the impact of social support from three aspects: formal social support,informal social support and network social support.The influence of healthy self-help behaviors in middle-aged and elderly people,and design a survey questionnaire by combining social support,electronic health literacy and healthy self-help behavior related research conduct the empirical research.Specific methods include: using literature combing and inductive deduction to comb existing research results;using questionnaire survey methods to obtain research data on local residents over 40 years old in 21 cities in Guangdong Province;using descriptive statistics and difference analysis methods to obtain sample basic demographics,The status,shortcomings and influencing factors of social support,electronic health literacy and healthy self-help behavior;using multiple linear regression and Bootstrap mediation effect test methods to demonstrate the mediating role of electronic health literacy in the path of social support affecting healthy self-help behavior of middle-aged and elderly people.The research results show that compared with formal social support and informal social support,the middle-aged and elderly people in Guangdong Province have low access to online social support and low scores;electronic health information evaluation capabilities in electronic health literacy are relatively weak;various dimensions of healthy self-help behavior China and Israel score low on information acquisition behavior.Factors that affect formal social support include residence,residential area,work status,and monthly income;factors that affect informal support scores include physical condition,residential area,work status,monthly income,and whether to live with children;affect online social support scores The factors include residence,age group,education level,physical condition,physical condition,living area,work situation,monthly income,whether to live with children and whether to live with parents.Factors that affect electronic health literacy scores include residence,age group,education level,physical condition,living area,work status,monthly income,and whether to live with children.The factors that affect the score of healthy self-help behavior include residence,physical condition,work status,monthly income,and whether to live with a spouse.Formal social support,informal social support,online social support,electronic health literacy and healthy self-help behaviors are all related to each other.There is no mediating effect between e-health literacy between formal social support and healthy self-help behavior.There is a mediating effect between informal social support,online social support and healthy self-help behavior.The mediating effect contribution rate is76.17% and 39.92%,respectively.Informal social support has the greatest impact on healthy self-help behaviors of middle-aged and elderly groups,followed by online social support,and finally formal social support.In informal social support,electronic health literacy has the greatest contribution to healthy self-help behavior.The high e-health literacy of middle-aged and old people can make informal social support and online social support have a greater impact on healthy self-help behavior.Improving the e-health literacy of middle-aged and old people can be a way to improve their health self-help level.This article recommends that the government or the community provide electronic health information training and guidance for middle-aged and elderly groups to reduce technical barriers in searching for electronic health information for middle-aged and elderly groups;communities or hospitals should push electronic health information for middle-aged and elderly groups to reduce barriers to information screening for middle-aged and elderly groups;Children and other younger generations should actively provide guidance on the operation of smart devices for middle-aged and elderly people;middle-aged and elderly groups should also take the initiative to improve electronic health literacy,such as taking the initiative to participate in community training,seeking guidance from peers or younger generations,participating in mutual aid communities,homes for patients,etc.The online social support platform actively searches and shares electronic health information,so that the elderly can learn,do something,and have fun.
