Medication Rule Of Professor Dang Zhongqin’s Treatment Of Chronic Hepatitis B Based On Cluster Analysis And Factor Analysis

Objective: By means of data mining techniques such as factor analysis and cluster analysis,this paper discusses the rule of medication used by professor Dang Zhongqin in the treatment of Chronic Hepatitis B,so as to provides a new way of thinking for the clinical treatment of Chronic Hepatitis B.Methods: The electronic outpatient system of He Nan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital was used to screen and collect 400 prescriptions for the first diagnosis and treatment of Chronic Hepatitis B from January2016 to January 2019 by professor Dang Zhongqin.The prescription drugs were input into 《 the Drug Information Collection Table》,and the Epi Data electronic database was established.Finally,the data were imported into SPSS software for frequency statistic,cluster analysis and factor analysis.Results:1.The frequency statistic show that:A total of 176 TCM prescriptions were involved,with a cumulative frequency of 4795.Among them,there are36 high frequency drugs with frequency≥10%,which belong to diuretics for eliminating dampness、tonifying deficiency medicine、drug for invigorating blood circulation and eliminating stasis、anti-food medicine、heat-clearing drug、convergent hemostatic drug、drug for calming liver to stop endogenous wind、 antipruritic drug、 anastaltic,the total accounting rate of 3746 is78.12%.The diuretics for eliminating dampness、 tonifying deficiency medicine、 drug for invigorating blood circulation and eliminating stasis isespecially prominent,with a cumulative frequency of 2599,accounting for69.38% of high-frequency medicine.2.The cluster analysis show that:36 kinds of high frequency drugs were grouped into 6 categories by systematic clustering.Combined with Professor Dang Zhongqin clinical experience of drug use,it was more suitable to group into 4 categories:(1)Astragalus membranaceus,Codonopsis pilosula,Poria,Polyporus umbellatus,Atractylodes macrocephala,Tulip,Rhodiola,gynostemma pentaphyllum,Hedyotis diffusa,Salvia miltiorrhiza;(2)Elaeagnus angustifolia,hive,Coix seed,zedoary turmeric,oyster,turtle beetle;(3)Euphorbia pulcherrima,Polygonum cuspidatum,Corn beard,alisma,turmeric,Leymus chinensis,Ligustrum lucidum,Phyllostachys pubescens;(4)Green skin,Fructus Aurantii,Yuanhu,Muxiang,Hawthorn,Malt,Shenqu,ventral skin,Chicken Gold,Shen Xiang qu,Chen Pei,Raphani seed.3.The factor analysis show that:A total of 9 common factors were extracted by factor analysis:(1)Muxiang,green skin,Yuanhu,Fructus Aurantii,Tripterygium wilfordii,(2)alisma,turmeric,goldgrass,corn whisker,(3)malt,Shenqu,Hawthorn,Raphani,chicken gold,(4)Salvia miltiorrhiza,Codonopsis pilosula,Hedyotis diffusa,Astragalus membranaceus;(5)Oyster,Trionyx,zedoary turmeric,Astragalus membranaceus;(6)Polyporus umbellatus;(7)gynostemma pentaphyllum,Rhodiola,Tulip,Poria,Polygonum cuspidatum;(8)Ligustrum lucidum,Elaeagnus angustifolia;(9)hive,Coix seed.Conclusion:1.Frequency statistical display:(1)The medicine of promoting water and infiltrating dampness and tonifying deficiency drugs make each other necessary and complement each other: it reflects the academic thought that Professor Dang Zhongqin emphasizes the combination of attack and supplement when treating CHB.(2)The medicine of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis is the courtier of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.Regulating qi and medicine shouldbe as follows: it reflects the application of the method of regulating qi and removing blood stasis in the treatment of Professor Dang Zhongqin2.Cluster analysis shows that:(1)the first kind of drug team embodies that Professor Dang Zhongqin attaches importance to the acquired spleen and stomach in the treatment of CHB,and advocates the combination of disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation.Pay more attention to modern pharmacological application.(2)the second kind of medicine team embodies Professor Dang Zhongqin’s "stage treatment" and targeted treatment of CHB liver fibrosis and liver cirrhosis.(3)the third kind of medicine team is suitable for the positive stage of evil victory.(4)The fourth kind of medicine team embodies the academic thought of "syndrome differentiation and treatment,disease combination".3.Factor analysis showed that:(1)F1 and F2 confirmed the corresponding point of view of frequency analysis.(2)F3 "targeting disease" was the same as cluster analysis of the fourth kind of drug team;F5 "stage theory and treatment" corresponds to cluster analysis of the second kind of drug team.(3)F4 and F7 together reflect the importance that Professor Dang Zhongqin attaches to the spleen and stomach of the day after tomorrow,and F8 and F9 together reflect the importance that Professor Dang Zhongqin attaches to modern pharmacological applications.Corresponding to cluster analysis,the first kind of drug team.(4)F6 indicates the important position of Polyporus umbellatus in the treatment of CHB.4.The common application of factor analysis,cluster analysis and frequency statistics complement each other and confirm each other’s results.
