Clinical Research On Regulation Of Medicines For Chronic Viral Hepatitis B By Professor Xie Jingri

Objective:The prescription of professor Xie Jingri for chronic hepa titis B was analyzed by means of statistical methods,so as to summari ze the medication rule of professor Xie for the disease.Methods:All outpatient prescriptions of chronic hepatitis B patients admitted to the hepatic,spleen and stomach clinic from January 2013 to December 2017 were collected.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,176 prescriptions that meet the first diagnosis of this study were selected.Standardize the traditional Chinese medicines in the prescription,use WPS Excel 2016 to establish a database and make statistical collations,to obtain the statistics of efficacy,four properties,five flavors,and the frequency and frequency of the traditional medicine;Through the cluster analysis method of the IBM SPSS19.0 software,the Chinese medicine combination with high correlation was obtained.Combined with clinical practice,the combination of drugs and common drugs for chronic hepatitis B was summarized.According to the statistical results,this paper discusses professor Xie clinical medication rules for the treatment of chronic hepatitis B.Result:According to the statistical analysis,148 Chinese medicines were used for the treatment of this disease,with a total frequency of 3,309 times.More than 43 traditional Chinese medicines are used at mo re than 20 times of total usage frequency 84.59%.These traditional Chi nese medicines are traditional Chinese medicines for the treatment of c hronic hepatitis B.Bupleurum,white atractylodes rhizome,astragalus roo t,Buddha’s-hand,coix seed,Perilla Fruit,fructus forsythiae,radix isa tidis,fructus amomi,Atractylodes lancea,radix pseudostellariae and ly simachia are more than 70 times,accounting for 41.50%of the total us e frequency.Among the commonly used drugs,the frequency of replenis hing deficiency drugs was the highest,accounting for 17.44%,followed by water-enhancing drugs(15.45%),regulating drugs(13.29%)and humid ifying drugs(11.62%).In terms of flavor and Meridian tropism,four pro perties:warm(including lukewarm)accounted for(49.87%),cold(includi ng micro cold)accounted for(25.43%),flat accounted for(14.90%).In t his way,that first four position are the spleen meridian(26.69%),lung meridian(18.02%),stomach meridian(16.77%),liver meridian(12.94%).Combined with clinical practice,a total of 8 pairs of commonly us ed drugs and 4 groups of commonly used drugs were obtained.Conclusion:1.Bupleurum,white atractylodes rhizome,astragalus root,Buddha’s-h and,coix seed,Perilla Fruit,fructus forsythiae,radix isatidis,fructus amomi,Atractylodes lancea,radix pseudostellariae and lysimachia are core drugs of the professor Xie Jingri in the treatment of chronic hepat itis B.2.Deficiency drugs,dehumidifying drugs,regulating qi drugs and h umidifying drugs are the common medicines used by professor Xie to tr eat chronic hepatitis B.3.Warm,flat and cold;Bitter,sweet;Spleen meridian,lung meridia n and stomach meridian are the main types of medicine used by profes sor xie to treat chronic hepatitis B.4.Balance between liver and spleen is the basic principle of treatin g chronic hepatitis B Spleen centralizer,facilitating clearing damp is pr ofessor Xie basic method for the treatment of chronic hepatitis B.
