Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Ulcerative Colitis Of Liver Stagnation Type By Oral Self-made Tradition Chinese Medicine Combined With Ozone Water Enema

Objective: This subject researched the self-made Chinese medicine oral with ozone water enema for the treatment of ulcerative colitis liver stagnation and spleen deficiency type,and to verify that the efficacy of oral Chinese medicine combined with ozone enema is better than that of mesalazine slow-release granules alone,reflecting the effectiveness and pertinence of the treatment of ulcerative colitis with the combination of Chinese and Western medicine.Methods: We randomly divided 60 patients into observation and control groups,30 in each group.The observation group was treated with oral self-made Chinese medicine combined with ozone enema,and the control group was treated with mesalazine slow-release granules.Treat them for four weeks,which is two courses of treatment Observe the clinical comprehensive score,TCM symptom score,changes of mucosa under enteroscopy,anxiety depression score and adverse reactions of the two groups before and after treatment.Analyze the results by statistical method,and compare the clinical curative effect of the observation group and the control group.Results: After two courses of treatment for four weeks,the observation group’s effective rate was 93.33%,and the control group’s effective rate was 80.00%,by statistical analysis,P < 0.05,the observation group was superior to the control group.After treatment,the mucosal efficacy score of the two groups was statistically analyzed(P > 0.05).There was no significant difference in the therapeutic effect.In traditional Chinese medicine syndromes,in the treatment of the symptoms of mucus bloody stools,there is no obvious difference between the treatment effect of the observation group and the control group(P > 0.05),and there was no significant difference in the efficacy.In these aspects of treatment,there are differences between the observation group and the treatment group,for example abdominal pain,diarrhea,chest and flank pain,sign,belching,and food intake(P < 0.05),Compared with the control group,the observation group has better efficacy;For the anxiety depression score(P < 0.05).During the treatment of two groups,no obvious side effects were found.Conclusion: According to the clinical experiment,the overall effect of the treatment of ulcerative colitis of liver depression type by oral Chinese medicine combined with ozone enema is better than that by mesalazine slow-release granules alone.The main effect is to relieve the symptoms of abdominal pain,diarrhea,chest,and flank pain,sign,food intake.There is no obvious side effect,which proves that this method can be used in the treatment of ulcerative colitis at the same time.In the aspect of emotional improvement,the curative effect is obvious.To a certain extent,it improves the patients’ psychological and emotional problems,relieves symptoms and controls the development of the disease.To a certain extent,it also has an obvious improvement on its accompanying symptoms,showing the characteristics and advantages of the treatment of ulcerative colitis with the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine,which can be widely used in clinical.
