| Objective:This study observed the effect of shujin-jiegu decoction on fracture healing of tibiofibular fractures(deficiency of liver and kidney type),objectively evaluated the clinical efficacy and safety of shujin-jiegu decoction in treating fractures, and provided a more reasonable theoretical basis for clinical application. Methods:Sixty patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group of 30 patients each. The experimental group was given shujin-jiegu decoction orally, one dose per day, divided into morning and evening, while the control group was given Shangke Jiegu Pill 4 pieces per time,3 times per day.Other basic treatments were consistent. The pain, range of motion and X-ray callus growth of patients before and after treatment in the two groups were observed, and fracture healing time and TCM syndrome scores were recorded. The data obtained were statistically analyzed and the clinical efficacy was evaluated. Results:After 10 weeks of treatment,X-ray callus score, fracture healing time and improvement of TCM syndromes in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).During the treatment,1 case of adverse drug reactions occurred in the treatment group, while no adverse drug reactions occurred in the control group. Conclusion:Clinical studies show that the treatment of tibia and fibula fractures with liver and kidney type deficiency by shujin jiegu decoction can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine, promote the formation of callus, and reduce the healing time of clinical fractures. In terms of improving the clinical syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine, promoting callus formation and reducing the healing time of clinical fractures,shujin-jiegu decoction is superior to Shangke Jiegu Pian. |
