| Objective:Sini Powder is a commonly used prescription for the treatment of Yang-stagnation and Jue Invasion syndrome and liver-spleen discordance syndrome.This paper analyzes the understanding of Sini Powder by the medical scholars of the past dynasties by consulting the literature,and clarifies the meaning of its compatible prescriptions;then,by collecting the clinical medical records of the tutor,using the method of data mining,research and analysis of the tutor’s experience in using Sini Powder to add and subtract clinical prescriptions,Improve clinical efficacy.Methods:This study collected 453 clinical medical records of Sini Powder used by Mr.Gao Jianzhong,and entered the data into Excel tables,and conducted frequency statistics and cluster analysis for gender,age,symptoms,tongue,pulse,and medication in the medical records.Association rules analysis,explore the clinical experience of Sini Powder addition and subtraction.Results:1.Frequency statistics1.1 Basic situation: Through analyzing the data,it is found that:(1)Male accounted for 5.52%,female accounted for 94.48%,the ratio of male to female was about 1:17;(2)The main age of onset was 31-40 years old,with a total proportion of 31.57%.It is mainly middle-aged women;the frequency of onset is similar in each month,and July is relatively more,accounting for 13.91%,In February,it was only 3.09%.1.2 Symptom distribution: After data collection,symptoms are mainly manifested in gynecological diseases,the most frequent menstrual flow is low(38.85%),followed by dark red menstruation(26.27%),delayed menstruation(24.28%),menstrual blood clots(21.41%),menstrual abdominal pain(18.98%);the most frequent other symptoms are dry stools(34.22%),followed by poor sleep(24.94%),waist sleepiness(18.54%),fatigue(16.34%),The frequency of dry mouth(15.01%),cold limbs and gastric discomfort was14.13%.1.3 Tongue and pulse conditions: sorting out 453 medical records,it was found that:tongue quality is mainly light and dark,accounting for 40.62%;dark red tongue is second,accounting for 28.92%,dark tongue accounting for 17.88%;tongue coating is white coating(58.06%);pulse condition is dominated by compound pulse condition,of which narrow pulse is the largest proportion of 49.23%,followed by narrow pulse and stringy pulse(16.78%),and thin stringy pulse(15.45%).The proportion of single pulse condition is higher.Less,with slow pulse mainly accounting for 9.49%.1.4 Medication situation: Sini powder is used to treat diseases.The commonly used frequency of addition and subtraction of drugs,from high to low,is the main drugs are Bupleurum(100%),fried chicken(84.99%),and raw licorice(82.56)%),Angelica(71.08%),Moutan Bark(70.64%),Citrus aurantium(67.77%),Red Peony(53.20%),Jiao Hawthorn(48.79%),Codonopsis(45.25%),Raw White Peony(42.83%)In terms of drug types,the most common type of medicine is antiseptic(100%),followed by digestive drugs(84.99%)and tonic drugs(82.56%).In terms of combined prescriptions,Chaiguilongmu prescription is used most frequently,accounting for 27.15%.Followed by Banxia Xiexin Decoction(16.56%),and Wendan Decoction(15.23%).2.cluster analysis2.1 Based on the cluster analysis of the top 12 symptoms in frequency,5 types of combinations are obtained,namely S1: dark red menstruation,menstrual blood clots,delayed menstruation,abdominal pain during menstruation;S2: dry mouth,cold limbs,and gastric cavity Discomfort,waist sleepiness,fatigue;S3: poor sleep;S4: dry stool;S5: low menstrual flow.2.2 Based on the cluster analysis of the top 15 drugs in terms of frequency,two combinations are obtained,namely S1: Bupleurum,Fried Gallus gallus,Angelica,Moutan Bark,Raw Licorice,Citrus aurantium,Red Peony,Jiao Hawthorn,This kind of medicine is often used as the common addition and subtraction medicine of Sini Powder;S2: Caulis spatholobi,saffron,green bark,fennel,raw atractylodes,raw white peony,codonopsis,these 7 drugs are often added according to the patient’s symptoms Reduce usage.2.3 A cluster analysis of the top 12 symptoms with frequency and age of onset in the top 3 is done,and 3 combinations are obtained,namely S1: dark red menstruation,menstrual blood clots,delayed menstruation,menstrual abdominal pain,21 To 30 years old;S2: poor sleep,41 to 50 years old;S3 low menstrual flow,31 to 40 years old.3.Association rule analysis3.1 Correlation analysis of the drugs used shows that among the two drug combinations,the five items with the highest confidence are: Bupleurum → Fructus Aurantii,Bupleurum → Moutan Bark,Bupleurum → Angelica,Bupleurum → Raw Licorice,Chaihu Hu→Fried Chicken Neijin,with 100% confidence.The highest support is Fried Chicken Neijin → Bupleurum and Raw Licorice → Bupleurum,both of which are100%;within the three-drug combination,there are three groups with 100% confidence.,Respectively are Bupleurum → Moutan Bark,raw licorice,Bupleurum → Angelica,raw licorice,Bupleurum → raw licorice,stir-fried Gallus gallus domesticus;the three-drug combination with the highest support is raw licorice → Stir-fried Gallus gallus var.Support is 84.989%3.2 Perform an association analysis on the symptoms.Among them,the highest confidence is dark red menstruation → menstrual blood clot,which is 62.887%,and the confidence between 50% and 60% has low menstrual flow → delayed menstruation,menstrual blood clot → menstruation Dark red color,delayed menstruation → menstrual blood clots,low menstrual flow → dark red menstruation.In addition,the two groups with the highest support level are low menstrual flow → dark red menstrual color and menstrual blood clots → dark red menstrual color,and the support is 26.269%.Only three groups with support below 20% are menstrual blood clots → menstrual abdominal pain,menstruation Small amount → abdominal pain and dry stool → dry mouth.3.3 The analysis of the association between symptoms and medications shows that the highest confidence is Saffron sylvestris → low menstrual flow,which is 49.645%,and the highest support is Saffron saffron → dark red meridian,and the support is 36.613%.Raw white peony→stomach discomfort,red peony→stomach discomfort,Fructus Aurantii→stomach discomfort,the support is 36.384%.Conclusion:The following conclusions can be drawn through the analysis of the tutor’s clinical application of Sini Powder to add and subtract diseases.1.The treatment pathogenesis is mainly liver-qi stagnation,or Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome and Qi stagnation and blood deficiency syndrome formed by qi stagnation over time,use Sini to disperse the liver,regulate qi,and relieve stagnation,adjust the movement of Qi,and According to the concomitant symptoms,add or subtract medicines for invigorating the spleen and digestion,medicines for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,medicines for clearing away heat,medicine for tonics,etc.2.Sini Powder is suitable for the addition and subtraction of people,mostly women,and most of them are between 21 and 40 years old.Tongue quality is dominated by dull tongue,manifested as light dark tongue and dark red tongue,tongue coating is white and greasy,and pulse conditions are mostly thin slow pulse,thin string slow pulse,thin string pulse.3.When using Sini Powder,treat both qi and blood,cold and heat,both deficiency and excess,and simultaneous treatment of liver and spleen,focusing on protecting the function of spleen and stomach.4.According to the accompanying symptoms,use the combined prescription group to expand the scope of treatment and improve the efficacy.The use of Sini powder should grasp the basic pathogenesis of "stagnation",pay attention to the ups and downs of qi
