Study Onthe Rule Of Medicationof Zhang Lixiu In Treating Cough After Infection

Objective:Through the collection and collation of the outpatient cases of cough after infection treated by Zhang lixiu from 2017 to 2019,the inclusion and exclusion criteria were selected one by one,and the clinical cases that finally met the screening criteria were summarized,the case database was established,and the statistical method was used to study the data,and the syndrome differentiation and medication rules of the tutor in the treatment of the disease were analyzed,This paper summarizes Professor Zhang lixiu’s academic thoughts and clinical medication rules in the clinical treatment of cough after infection,and improves her clinical diagnosis and treatment level,so as to provide some reference for the clinical treatment of the disease.Methods:Through collecting and sorting out the cases of post infectious cough patients diagnosed and treated by Associate Professor Zhang lixiu from 2017 to 2019,searching the relevant literature,entering the collected cases into Microsoft Excel 2007 one by one,making frequency statistics on the gender,age,TCM syndrome differentiation and high-frequency drugs of the patients,and making frequency statistics on the sex,taste and channel of the high-frequency drugs,SPSS 22.0 was used to cluster the high-frequency drugs.Data mining and discussion of syndromes and high-frequency drugs.Results:Through the statistical analysis of the patients who met the screening results,it was concluded that there were seven common syndromes of cough after cold treated by Zhang lixiu.In 310 cases,there were 60 cases of wind cold attacking the lung,accounting for19.4%;24 cases of wind heat attacking the lung,accounting for 7.4%;30 cases of wind dryness injuring the lung,accounting for 9.7%;40 cases of wind cold dampness,accounting for 12.9%;33 cases of lung stomach yin injury,accounting for 10.7%;81 cases of dampness stagnation of spleen and stomach,accounting for 26.4%;42 cases of liver failure,accounting for 13.6%.According to the statistics,there are 96 Chinese herbal medicines with a total application frequency of 4807 times.There are 34 high-frequency drugs with a total application frequency of 3855 times.In terms of drug properties,warm drugs are the main drugs;in terms of drug taste,pungent and sweet drugs are the main drugs;in terms of meridian tropism,lung,spleen and stomach channels are the main drugs.Cluster analysis of34 high-frequency drugs is carried out,and nine cluster prescriptions are obtained.Conclusion:Cough after a cold is mainly caused by deficiency of healthy qi,dysfunction of viscera,internal evil dryness of the lung,and re sensation of the evil Qi of six evils,which makes the lung qi unclear,disturbs the function of xuanjiang,and causes cough when attacking the lung;when external evil mainly includes wind cold,wind heat,wind dryness,wind cold with dampness invades the human body,it should be timely dispersed to prevent evil from harming the body,and at the same time,attention should be paid to the regulation of the spleen and stomach.The drugs are mainly tonifying drugs and relieving exterior pathogens,such as liquorice,ginseng,Atractylodes macrocephala,Paeonia lactiflora,jujube,fried liquorice,etc.;ephedra,bupleurum,Ramulus Cinnamomi,asarum,light Douchi,ginger,etc.;auxiliary drugs for resolving phlegm,relieving cough and asthma,promoting diuresis and dampness,warming interior.In the aspect of medicine taste,the pungent and sweet drugs are the main treatment drugs,supplemented by bitter drugs;in the aspect of medicine property,the warm drugs are the main treatment drugs;in the aspect of meridian tropism,the drugs for lung,spleen and stomach are the main treatment drugs.
