Objective:After clinical learning with a teacher, consulting related professional literature and materials, collecting and sorting out the tutor’s past clinical medical records, using the Chinese medicine auxiliary platform(V2.5)software to excavate the data, comprehensively analyzing the tutor’s rule of treating type 2 diabetes mellitus, and summarizing the academic thoughts. The idea is to provide reference and new ideas for clinical treatment of type 2 diabetes. Methods:Through learning with the teacher,I collected the cases of patients with type 2diabetes diagnosed and treated by Professor Piao Chunli.Combined with the exclusion criteria, organize the included cases into a table format, and gradually enter the collated data information into the TCM inheritance auxiliary platform(V2.5)to form the database. For the included 375 medical cases, the software was used to obtain the results and new prescriptions by using the corresponding algorithm and clustering method for the data of disease syndrome, frequency of drug use, dosage, four qi and five flavors, and summarize Professor Piao Chunli’s clinical medication experience in differentiating and treating type 2diabetes mellitus.Results:1.It can be seen from the results of software analysis that in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of Professor Piao Chunli,51 to 60 years old are the main medical ages. The syndrome type accounts for the most in clinical syndromes of Qi and Yin deficiency, and the spleen and kidney Yang deficiency syndrome accounts for the minority.2.In terms of common clinical medicines, most of the prescriptions are qi-tonifying drugs. The more frequently used qi-tonifying drugs are Astragalus,Atractylodes, and Chinese yam, which reflects the concept of treating the liver and strengthening the spleen.Other drugs that are more commonly used are heat-clearing and cooling blood drugs and blood-stimulating menstrual-regulating drugs.Commonly used drugs for clearing heat and cooling blood include red peony root and tree Moutan bark.Commonly used drugs for blood-reducing and regulating menstruation include Salvia miltiorrhiza and Caulis spatholobi. The four qi medicines are mostly cold and warm, and the five flavors are bitter, sweet, pungent, and sour. The medicine is mainly used for the liver meridian and spleen meridian.3.Prescription:After software analysis, the number of support is set to 100 and the confidence is 0.9,and the analysis is performed, and 49 drug combinations and 13 drug association rules are obtained. After clustering algorithm,15 groups of prescriptions are obtained.Core combination,14 new prescription combinations, combined with Professor Piao Chunli’s clinical experience, analyze 5 new prescriptions with clinical value.4.Professor Piao Chunli’s common clinical medicine pairs:Coptis and dried ginger,Coptis and cinnamon,Coptis and ebony,Coptis and Eupatorium,Coptis and Peilan,Coptis and Evodia,Red peony and white peony,Zhimu and Trichosanthes, etc.Combining the drug pair with the results after data analysis, focusing on clinical "syndrome differentiation and treatment",combining objective results with clinical reality for analysis. Conclusion:Professor Piao Chunli’s treatment of type 2 diabetes follows the "holistic concept" of Chinese medicine, focusing on "treatment from the liver",It is believed that the core mechanism of diabetes is "toxic damage to liver collaterals".In the whole process of disease treatment,"detoxification, dredging collaterals and regulating liver" is taken as the main treatment method, and then the addition and subtraction of drugs are carried out in combination with patients’ different pathological constitutions. At the same time,it pays attention to the combination of modern pharmacological research in clinical syndrome to adopt differentiated treatment strategies.
