Exploring The Acupoint Selection Rules For Acupuncture Treatment Of Ovulatory Infertility Based On Data Minin

Purpose:To explore the rules of acupuncture point selection and application in the treatment of dysfunctional infertility based on data mining technology,and to clarify the prescription of its acupuncture application in order to provide a more rigorous and effective plan for clinical application of acupuncture treatment.Material and method : The clinical research literature on acupuncture for ovulatory dysfunctional infertility published from October 2012 to October 2022 included in China Knowledge Network(CNKI),Wanfang Data Service Platform(Wanfang),VIP database(VIP),China Biomedical Literature Service(Sino Med)and Pub Med were searched by computer,and according to The relevant literature was screened and a database was established based on the inclusion and exclusion criteria,and then the relevant acupuncture points in the database were standardized and normalized.Descriptive analysis,association rule analysis,complex network K-core analysis,and complex network association analysis were performed using Excel,SPSS Modeler 18.0,and Gephi-0.10.1 to investigate the selection and application patterns of acupuncture points in the treatment of dysfunctional infertility.Results:1.Descriptive analysis: 107 valid papers were included,involving 145 acupuncture prescriptions and 75 acupoints,with a total frequency of 1137 uses.There were 40 intervention modalities of acupuncture for the treatment of ovulatory dysfunctional infertility,among which the intervention modality of acupuncture + internal Chinese medicine was the most commonly used,and the main intervention modalities were acupuncture + internal Chinese medicine,acupuncture + moxibustion + internal Chinese medicine,acupuncture,acupuncture + moxibustion + western medicine,acupuncture +The most frequent acupuncture points are Guan Yuan,San Yin Jiao,Zi Gong,Foot San Li,Zhong Ji,Qi Hai,and Tai Chong;the meridians are mainly chosen from the Ren,Foot Tai Yin Spleen,Foot Yang Ming Stomach,and Foot SunBladder meridians;the important acupuncture points are in the lower abdomen,lower limbs,lower back,and chest back.The important acupuncture sites are the lower abdomen,lower limb,lower back,and thoracic back;and the specific acupuncture points are mainly chosen from the rendezvous points,healing points,lower healing points,collection points,and original points.2.Analysis of association rules: In the general prescription of acupuncture and moxibustion for treating infertility with dysfunction,the highest degree of su pport for second-order association rules and third-order association rules were Sanyinjiao-Guanyuan,Guanyuan-Sanyinjiao and Sanyinjiao-womb-Guanyuan,res pectively.The highest degree of support for the second and third order associ ation rules in the late menstrual period were Sanyinjiao-Taixi,Sanyinjiao-Guan yuan-Taixi,Taixi-Guanyuan-Sanyinjiao,Sanyinjiao-Zusanli-Sanyinjiao,respective ly.The second and third order association rules of intermenstrual period have the highest support degree,which are Xuehai-Taichong,Sanyinjiang-Taichong,S anyinjiang-Taichong-Xuehai,Bloodhai-Taichong-Sanyinjiao.The highest degree of support for the second-order association rules and third-order association ru les in the early stage are Guanyuan-Sanyinjiao,Sanyinjiao-Zusanli-Guanyuan,Guanyuan-Zusanli-Sanyinjiao and Sanyinjiao-Blood Sea-Guanyuan.3.Complex network analysis: the K-core maximum of the complex network is27-core,involving 28 acupuncture points,which are divided into two societies after the division of the societies.I: Guan Yuan,San Yin Jiao,Zi Gong,Foot San Li,Zhong Ji,Tai Chong,Qi Hai,and Ovary.II: Kidney Yu,Liver Yu,Guilai,Blood Sea,Life Gate,Spleen Yu,Tianshu,Fenglong,Baihui,Yinlingquan,Neiguan,Zhongguancun,Zhimen,Yanglingquan,Yintang,Gongsun,Ligou,Brain Household,Shenmen,and Zhizhong.Conclusion:1.Acupuncture treatment of dysfunctional infertility emphasizes targeted intervention with the liver,spleen and kidney as the core targets,and thecombination of near and far as the main method for comprehensive treatment.2.The general acupuncture points of Guan Yuan,San Yin Jiao,Zi Gong,Foot San Li,Zhong Ji,Tai Chong,Qi Hai,and Ovary and the overall evidence-based acupuncture points of Kidney Yu,Liver Yu,Gui Lai,Blood Sea,Life Gate,Spleen Yu,Tian Shu,Feng Long,Bai Hui,Yin Ling Quan,Neiguan,Zhong Gu,Qi Men,Yang Ling Quan,Yin Tang,Gong Sun,Li Gou,Brain Household,Shen Men,and Wei Zhong are the core points.3.In the acupuncture treatment of different menstrual cycles,the acupuncture points should be selected in a more effective and targeted manner by reasonably using the method of nourishing Yin and activating Blood according to the characteristics of the menstrual cycle...
