A Comparative Study Of The Colorectal Cancer And The Gastric Cancer Cases Treating By Professor Zhou Zhongying Based On Data Mining

Objective:To explore the similarities and differences between the syndrome differentiation and treatment of gastric cancer and colorectal cancer by Professor Zhou Zhongying,inherit the clinical experience and academic thoughts of famous old TCM doctors,guide the clinical practice and improve the curative effect.Methods:All medical records of gastric cancer and colorectal cancer diagnosed and treated by Professor Zhou Zhongying from July 1984 to February 2015 were collected,and the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria were formulated.After standardizing the medical record data that met the standards,the frequency statistics,association rules studies on symptoms,pathogenesis,prescriptions and herbs in medical records of gastric cancer and colorectal cancer were carried out by using IBM SPSS Statistics 20 and IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0 statistical software and data mining technology.Results:A total of 443 cases of gastric cancer,773 visits,378 cases of colorectal cancer,722 visits.Data analysis results,gastric cancer and colorectal cancer symptoms are close,but gastric cancer is more prone to pantothenic acid,obstruction,dysphagia,black stool,anorexia,ascites,anemia,atrophy,surgical site pain,vomiting and other symptoms,colorectal cancer is more common anal fall,anal pain,mucus stool,purulent blood stool,leg soft,lumbar acid.The highest frequency of pathogenesis are qi and yin injury,damp-heat phlegm and blood stasis,weakness of spleen and stomach,and cancer toxin connotation.In gastric cancer,liver and stomach disharmony,stomach disharmony,phlegm and blood stasis,phlegm and blood stasis are also common.The two most frequent pathogenesis of the two diseases are injury of qi and yin,damp-heat phlegm and blood stasis,weakness of the spleen and stomach,and internal cancer poison.However,disharmony between liver and stomach,disharmony of stomach,stagnation of phlegm and Qi,stagnation of phlegm and Qi are also common in gastric cancer,while disharmony between liver and spleen,disharmony of Fu Qi,spleen dysfunction,liver and kidney deficiency are common in colorectal cancer.In terms of pathogenesis and syndrome elements,the location of the disease mainly involves stomach,intestine,liver,kidney,etc.pathological factors include cancer toxin,damp heat,blood stasis,phlegm turbidity,Qi deficiency,Yin deficiency,etc,the frequency of Qi deficiency,Yin deficiency and blood stasis is higher in gastric cancer,and cancer toxin,damp heat,blood stasis and phlegm are more common in colorectal cancer.In terms of drug use,gastric cancer and colorectal cancer are mainly Anti-cancer and detoxification、tonifying drugs,but gastric cancer is more commonly used to replenish qi and nourish yin,remove blood stasis and regulate qi,such as Taizishen,Maidong,Beishashen,Ezhu,Bayuezha,etc.while colorectal cancer is more commonly used to clear away heat and dampness,tonify liver and kidney,such as Baijiangc,Tufulin,Banzhilian,Jiangcan,Nvzhenzi,Hanliancao,etc.Conclusion:Gastric cancer and colorectal cancer have high similarities in symptoms,pathogenesis,pathogenesis factors,and medications.The pathogenesis is always deficiency of vital energy and cancer toxin.The treatment principles are strengthening vital energy and anticancer,but there are some differences between them.The deficiency of stomach cancer is more obvious,disharmony between liver and stomach,stomach disharmony is more common,and the relationship with blood stasis is more closely.Therefore,more drugs such as Qi Nourishing,nourishing Yin,regulating qi and stomach,activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis are more used to treat gastric cancer.Colorectal cancer is evil,more likely to see hot and humid phlegm and blood stasis,spleen dysfunction,Fu Qi imbalance,and more closely related to hot and humid,so the treatment of heat detoxification,dampness and intestines.
