Research On TCM Syndrome Differentiation And Treatment Of Essential Hypertension With Anxiety And Depression

Objective: Through the analysis and basic data statistics of the "Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Assistant Platform(V2.5)",analyze and discuss the law of differentiation and treatment of primary hypertension with anxiety and depression,and provide more drugs for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of primary hypertension with anxiety and depression reference.Methods:A collection of patients with primary hypertension with anxiety and depression diagnosed and treated in the outpatient and ward of the Hypertension Department of Jinan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from November 2019 to November 2020.After further sorting and screening,a total of 200 medical records of patients with primary hypertension accompanied by anxiety and depression were included in this study,and the 200 medical records were entered into the "TCMISS(V2.5)" system for use Various data mining and analysis methods of the software study the law of TCM differentiation and treatment of primary hypertension with anxiety and depressionResults:Among the 200 patients with primary hypertension accompanied by anxiety and depression,there are 125 females and 75 males.The age of the patients can be as young as 30 years old,but most of the patients are around60 years old.Too many;there are 265 kinds of Chinese medicines for the treatment of essential hypertension with anxiety and depression.Among them,there are 5 kinds of Chinese medicines selected more than 100 times.They are Gastrodia,Poria,Ligusticum chuanxiong,Suanzaoren and Achyranthes bidentata.The four qi of the traditional Chinese medicines are mostly cold and warm,and the five flavors of the traditional Chinese medicines are mostly sweet and bitter,and they mainly enter the liver,spleen and heart.Perform association rule analysis on the prescriptions in the collected 200 medical records,and set the support to 55 and the confidence to 0.8 to obtain 41 common drug pair combinations for the treatment of essential hypertension with anxiety and depression.41 groups of medicines include 19 traditional Chinese medicines in total;on the basis of these 41 groups of medicines,through further analysis,21 groups of association rules for drug combinations can be obtained.Among them,there are a total of 6 groups of combinations with a confidence level> 0.9,which are "Konggu-"Oyster","Uncaria->Gastrodia","Oyster->keel","Muskaria->Gastrodia","Shouwu Vine->Gastrodia","Qing Pinellia,Chuanxiong->Gastrodia";in the above On the basis of drug pair combination and drug combination association rules,according to the same correlation coefficient and penalty coefficient,using the systematic complex entropy clustering data mining method,12 groups of core drug combinations containing 3-4 Chinese medicines and 6 groups can be obtained.New prescriptions based on core drugs.Conclusion: Through the data mining method of "(TCMISS V2.5)",the law of differentiation and treatment of primary hypertension with anxiety and depression is systematically analyzed,and finally the patients with primary hypertension with anxiety and depression are middle-aged and elderly patients.Mainly females.TCM syndromes are mostly phlegm-qi stagnation,and Chinese medicines for invigorating deficiency,calming the liver and relieving wind,clearing heat,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,and tranquilizing Chinese medicine are used to treat this disease.The clinical treatment effect is better and the side effects are few.It is worth further study.
