Observation On Therapeutic Effect Of Acupoint Application On Constipation Caused By Stagnation Of Milk And Food In Children

Objective: Observe and analyze the clinical efficacy of the application of yunpi Tongbian Pasta acupuncture points in the treatment of child functional constipation(milk and food stagnation).Methods: According to the order of visits,the children were divided into treatment group and control group by random number table method.A total of60 children were enrolled,including control group and treatment group(30cases in each group).On the basis of basic treatment of constipation,the patients in the two groups were treated with Yunpi Tongbian paste as the treatment group and those in lactulose oral solution as the control group.Both groups took 14 days as a course of treatment.Observe and record the total scores of syndromes and the scores of single symptoms before and after treatment,and make statistical analysis.Result:1.Clinical effective rate: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.67%,and that of the control group was 83.33%.The total effective rate of the treatment group is slightly higher than that of the control group,and there is little difference between the two groups.Compared with the control group,the effective rate in the treatment group was 63.33%,and that in the control group was 26.67%.After statistical analysis,the syndrome scores of the treatment group and the control group before and after treatment were P< 0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.2.The treatment group has the same effect as the treatment group on improving the number of bowel movements,stool characteristics and defecation conditions of children,and there is no significant difference.The treatment group was better than the control group in terms of a number of secondary symptoms caused by milk ingestion stagnation syndrome,such as bloating,abdominal pain,carefree diet,heat of hands,feet and heart,bad breath,nausea and vomiting.and the difference was statistically remarkable(p <0.05).as to the accompanying symptoms of improvement of urinary yellow and red,p>0.05 between the Yunpi laxative patch team and the oral liquid lactulose team was not statistically significant.The two teams had the same healing effect on the improvement of urinary yellow and red.Conclusion: Shenque,Zhongwan and Tianshu can be used to treat children with functional constipation(milk and food stagnation syndrome)with Yunpi Tongbian Pasta,which has a definite effect.It can improve defecation characteristics,frequency and conditions based on improving related side symptoms Excellent healing effect,without adverse reactions,provides new ideas for the treatment of functional constipation in children.
