Discussion On The Inheritance And Innovation Of Liu Qiquan’s Experience In Treating Duodenal Ulcer Based On Data Mining

Objective: By using "Chinese Medicine Inheritance assistant system(V2.5)",this paper analyzes and summarizes the inheritance and innovation of Professor Liu Qiquan’s experience in the treatment of duodenal ulcer(DU),in order to better guide clinical practice.Method: Collected the first diagnosis information of effective DU patients treated by professor Liu Qiquan and his disciple professor Wang Zhikun in Hebei Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2016 to December 2019,used the "TCM inheritance assistance system(V2.5)" to conduct data mining,analyzed and compared the two professors’ treatment ideas,medication rules and prescription characteristics,and summarized the inheritance and innovation of Liu Qiquan’s DU treatment experience.Result:1.Basic information: Among the 310 cases,there were 210 males and 92 females,the age was 43-63 years old,the symptoms of stomachache,dry mouth,little food and stupidity were more common,and the spleen stomach damp heat syndrome was the most common type of TCM syndrome.2.Data mining results of Liu Qiquan’s treatment of DU: In the 169 prescriptions,the "four characters" is mainly warm and cold,"five tastes" are mainly bitter and pungent,and "channel distributions" is mainly to enter the spleen,liver and stomach;There are 45 kinds of traditional Chinese medicines that have been used more than 20 times,belonging to 13 categories,with Qi-regulating drugs,heat-clearing drugs,blood-activating and stasis-removing drugs as the main drugs.With 90% support and 0.95% confidence,the core combinations of 13 drugs were obtained.For prescription analysis,the correlation degree was set as 8,the penalty degree was set as 2,and the correlation coefficient was greater than 0.026 for 19 drug pairs,16 drug core combinations,and 8 new prescriptions.3.Data mining results of Wang Zhikun’s treatment of DU:In the 141 prescriptions,the “four characters” are mostly warm and cold,"five flavors" are mainly bitter and pungent,and "channel distributions" are mainly spleen,stomach and liver;There are 48 kinds of drugs used more than 20 times,which can be divided into 14 categories;When the support degree is 90% and the confidence degree is 0.95,the core combination of 12 drugs is obtained;when the formula is analyzed,the correlation degree is 8 and the punishment degree is 2,21 pairs of drug pairs with correlation coefficient greater than 0.055,16 core combinations of drugs and 8 new formulas are obtained.Conclusion: Through the analysis of the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Assistant Platform(V2.5),it is concluded that Professor Liu Qiquan and Professor Wang Zhikun both believe that Qi,heat,dampness,blood stasis and deficiency influence each other in the development of DU,and the pathogenesis is complex.Emphasis is laid on clearing away heat and dampness,promoting qi and blood circulation,strengthening the body and eliminating pathogens in clinical treatment.The treatment is based on peace,regulating the five internal organs,combining disease and syndrome,and combining cold and temperature of medication,coordination of Qi and blood,deficiency and excess.Professor Wang Zhikun inherited Liu Qiquan’s experience and made some innovations.She believed that spleen deficiency was the pathogenic basis of the disease,and blood stasis penetrates ulcer development She never forgot to invigorate the spleen and promote blood circulation when taking medicine.
