| Objective: To observe the efficacy and safety of added Liujun Yifei Decoction in the treatment of children’s mycoplasma pneumonia with lung and spleen qi deficiency syndrome,to find an effective treatment method that can reduce the use of antibiotics, and to give full play to the clinical advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of children’s mycoplasma pneumonia with lung and spleen qi deficiency syndrome. Methods: From September 2018 to May 2019,108 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 54 patients in each group. After 7 days of rational application of azithromycin for injection and 3 days of discontinuation of azithromycin for injection, the control group was treated with azithromycin dry suspension, the observation group was treated with modified Liujun Yifei decoction, and the two groups were treated for 5 days. Before and after treatment, the symptoms of the two groups were quantified.SPSS21.0 statistical software was used to compare the main symptoms, secondary symptoms, physical signs, chest X-ray and total score before and after treatment.Results:(1)Comparison of the total efficacy:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.15%;the total effective rate of the control group was88.46%.After statistical comparison, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group.(2)Comparison of the scores of each single symptom: After treatment, the scores of cough, expectoration, auscultation of lung, diet, sweating, shortness of breath, asthenia and chest X-ray in the observation group were statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the observation group was better than the control group in improving these symptoms;the scores of stool and face color in the observation group were not statistically significant(P>0.05).(3)Comparison of main symptoms, secondary symptoms and total scores:After treatment, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group was better than the control group in improving the primary symptoms, secondary symptoms and total scores.(4)Safety evaluation: There was no statistically significant difference in ALT and CK between the two groups of children after treatment, suggesting that the two treatment schemes had no effect on ALT and CK in the two groups of children(P>0.05).Conclusion: Added Liujun Yifei Decoction is superior to the antibiotic group alone in the treatment of children’s mycoplasma pneumonia with lung and spleen qi deficiency syndrome. It has advantages in improving symptoms and chest X-ray,and no obvious toxic and side effects are found. |
