| Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Hanbi Granule in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis of kidney deficiency and du-meridian cold syndrome,and to explore a more effective and safe clinical method for the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis,in order to further alleviate the symptoms and signs of patients,and improve their quality of life.Methods:According to the inclusion criteria of this study,80 patients with ankylosing spondylitis in the outpatient department of rheumatic bone disease center of Gansu Provincial Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from January to December 2020 were collected and randomly divided into treatment group(40 cases)and control group(40 cases).Control group:diclofenac sodium sustained-release capsules 50 mg orally,twice a day + sulfasalazine enteric coated tablets 1000 mg orally,twice a day;Treatment group: on the basis of the control group,Hanbi granule Decoction free formula granules were taken,twice a day,morning and evening warm water,the course of treatment in both groups was 12 weeks.Before and after treatment,TCM syndrome score,Bath Ankylosing Spondylitis Disease Activity Index(BASDAI),Bath Ankylosing Spondylitis function index(BASFI),erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),C-reactive protein(CRP),liver and kidney function and other safety indexes were recorded for statistical analysis,efficacy evaluation and safety evaluation.Result:(1)During the implementation of this study,patients had good compliance.A total of 80 cases were included,and 80 cases were actually completed.(2)There were no significant differences in the basic information(gender,age,disease course,etc.)and clinical efficacy observation indexes(TCM syndrome score,BASDAI score,BASFI score,laboratory index,etc.)between the two groups before treatment,which were comparable(P>0.05).(3)After treatment,clinical observation and inflammatory index values of both groups were improved compared with initial values,and the difference was significant(P < 0.05);Compared with the control group,it was found that the improvement degree of the integral detection value of observation indexes in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was significant(P < 0.01).(4)After the treatment,the values of inflammatory indexes(ESR,CRP)were compared with the initial values,and the differences were significant(P < 0.05).The improvement degree of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was significant(P < 0.01).(5)after the treatment,calculated according to each ASAS20 decision criteria for success rate,and compared between groups,he results showed that the standard rate of the treatment group was 90%(36 cases were up to standard,4 cases were not up to standard),and that of the control group was 62.5%(25 cases were up to standard,15 cases were not up to standard).Two groups of success rate upon examination had statistical significance(P < 0.01),and the level of clinical prevention and treatment of treatment group was obviously a good in the control group.(6)During the implementation of treatment,there were different types and degrees of adverse reactions in the two groups,but all of them persisted in completing the study after the corresponding treatment.The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group(5%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(27.5%)(P < 0.05),and the clinical safety of patients with this study method was better.Conclusion:Hanbi granule can significantly improve the kidney empty overseers cold type AS the patient’s waist hip pain,languid,afraid afraid of the cold wind,morning stiffness and other symptoms and signs,can obviously reduce the patients’ blood sedimentation and c-reactive protein,which can effectively improve the AS patients BASDAI and BASFI integral and VAS scores,and better clinical safety,is expected to be AS a treatment for kidney empty overseers a clinical effective method of cold type of ankylosing spondylitis. |
