Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Baowen acupuncture at Beishu point was selected as the main treatment for generalized anxiety disorder,and compared with conventional acupuncture,it can provide a new and effective treatment of generalized anxiety disorder.Methods:72 patients with generalized anxiety disorder were randomly divided into the two groups:Group of Baowen acupuncture at Beishu points(treatment group)and conventional acupuncture group(control group).There were 36 patients in each group.The two groups were treated for 6 weeks.In this study,HAMA scale scores,HAMA mental anxiety factor scores,HAMA physical anxiety factor scores,HAMA sleep factor scores,and SAS scale scores were used as observation indexes.The improvement degree of each index of patients in the reatment group and the control group was compared,and the curative effect difference between the two treatment methods was confirmed by statistical data.Results:1.After treatment,the scores of HAMA scale,mental anxiety factor on HAMA scale,somatic anxiety factor on HAMA scale,sleep factor on HAMA scale,and SAS scale score improved after treatment in both groups.Compared with before treatment,The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the comparison between the two groups after treatment,HAMA scale score,HAMA scale mental anxiety factor score,HAMA scale sleep factor score,and SAS scale score were four index treatment groups Compared with the control group,the improvement was more significant,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant statistical difference in the scores of somatic anxiety factor between the two groups after treatment(P=0.061>0.05).2.The total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 87.50% and 70.97%,respectively.The clinical efficacy comparison between the two groups after treatment showed that the treatment group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Baowen acupuncture at Beishu points and conventional acupuncture have obvious effect on generalized anxiety disorder.2.Baowen acupuncture at Beishu points has obvious effect on generalized anxiety disorderis,and the effect is better than conventional acupuncture,and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
