Analysis And Summary Of The Medication Experience Of Medical Doctors In Treating Chronic Gastritis Based On The Medical Case Cloud Platform

Research purpose: To analyze the medical cases of famous doctors in treating chronic gastritis in the Medical Case Cloud Platform,to find the rules of medication for chronic gastritis,and to summarize experience and provide a new direction for the treatment of chronic gastritis.Research method: According to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,the ancient and modern medical cloud platform since built station to2022.2.15 chronic gastritis medical library all doctors medical case library,after screening 123 medical case,and the 123 medical case according to the ancient and modern medical cloud platform download entry EXCEL template form for data entry,proofreading by two people.After the data entry is standardized,and uploaded to the analysis database of the ancient and modern medical case cloud platform for data analysis and mining.finding:Statistical analysis of 123 required medical cases in the database,in which the prevalence of adult women was slightly lower than that of adult men,and the incidence also increased year by year with age.Chronic gastritis clinical more often see abdominal discomfort,belching,acid reflux,dry mouth and other symptoms.In the conclusion of all medical cases,the top 10 certificates are: spleen and stomach,stomach weakness,liver,stomach qi,spleen and stomach dampness,cold and heat,liver depression,stomach Yin deficiency,liver and spleen deficiency,blood stasis and stomach;the weakness of spleen and stomach was 43.09%,and the incompatibility of liver and stomach was 28.46%,which are the two most common forms of chronic gastritis in this study.This is also consistent with the four-diagnosis findings of the patients derived from our analysis.About 12 medicines were 1463,including 182 drugs;since licorice and licorice were among the first 12 medicines,Atractylodes,peony,licorice,Poria,Dangshen,coptis,tangerine peel,pinellia,bitter fruit,and amomum;and found the therapeutic effect of chronic gastritis to supplement the stomach and spleen,treating dry dampness,reducing phlegm,clearing heat and depression.Its five flavors to sweet,xin,bitter,four qi to warm,flat,slightly cold;mainly to the spleen,stomach,liver and lung.The surface of chronic gastritis is not easy to spleen and stomach,liver and qi.In a complex analysis of the 123 medical cases,The results are as follows:cold and heat mismatch are highly associated with Chinese medicine Coptis chinensis,Scutellaria baicalensis,dried ginger,licorice and Dangshen;The correlation between spleen and stomach weakness certificate and traditional Chinese medicine Atractylodes Atractylodes,Poria cocos and Dangshen is high;The spleen and stomach and Chinese medicine coptis,liquorice,Scutellaria baicalensis,High correlation degree of tangerine peel;Cold and wet trapped spleen syndrome and traditional Chinese medicine Poria cocos,bighead atractylodes rhizome,High correlation with party participation;High correlation between gastric Yin deficiency and traditional Chinese medicine white peony,licorice and ophiopogon;Inverse evidence on gastric qi and fructus aurantii,rhizoma cyperi,High correlation degree of tangerine peel;Liver and gastric incompatibility is highly associated with traditional Chinese medicine paeoniae and fructus aurantii;The correlation degree of liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome and traditional Chinese medicine burning licorice is high;The correlation of liver stagnation and Chinese peony is high,This has a guiding significance for our symptomatic medication.The TCM used in the literature was introduced into the TCM-TCM association analysis module for association analysis.The main drug pairs were:atractylodes-Poria cocos,Scutellaria baicalensis-Coptis coptis,amomum-atractylodes,bupleurum-white peony root.At the same time,modern pharmacological studies have shown that these drugs are effective in the treatment of chronic gastritis.According to the data of the 123 medical cases,the top 20 Chinese medicine flavors were: atractylodes,white peony,licorice,Poria cocos,Dangshen,Coptis chinensis,tangerine peel,tangerine peel,roasted licorice,Amomum chinensis,Scutellaria baicalensis,jujube,bupleurum,woody incense,dried ginger,Chinese pine,magnolia officinalis,six Divine Comedy.The 20 drugs and Chinese medicine cluster analysis,at the same time after the data analysis found the drug mainly comes from: bàn xiàxiè xīn tāng 、gān cǎo xiè xīn tāng 、chái hú shū gān sàn 、xiāng shā liùjun1 zǐ tāng 、shēng yáng yì wèi tāng 、hòu pǔ wēn zhōng tāng.etc.The primary treatment of these classical prescriptions exactly matched the syndrome type of chronic gastritis that we studied.In the medical case cloud platform,the 123 medical cases in the database,the final get three groups of new prescriptions,respectively: the first layer of Chinese medicine composition as follows: Poria,white,amomum,Dangshen,white peony,licorice,yellow,red licorice,tangerine peel,Scutellaria baicalensis;the second layer of Chinese medicine composition as follows:pleurum,aurantii,incense,pinellia,dry ginger;the third layer of Chinese medicine composition as follows: coke hawthorn,six Divine Comedy;Therefore,the final prescription is: the core prescription of chronic gastritis is:tuckahoe,Atractylodes,amomum,Dangshen,white peony,licorice,Coptis chinensis,tangerine,bark baicalensis,bupleurum,aurantii,incense,pinellia,dry ginger,burnt hawthorn,six Divine Comedy.This prescription has the function of relieving liver and invigorating spleen,replenishing qi and stomach,and adds and decreases the drugs in the core drug group according to the partial cold and partial heat of its syndrome.
