Based On The Ancient And Modern Medical Record Cloud Platform,to Explore And Sort Out The Medication Rules Of Famous And Veteran Chinese Medicine In The Treatment Of Liver Cancer In China

Objective: Through a retrospective study of the medical case of the old Chinese medicine in the system of ancient and modern medical cases,the traditional Chinese medicine is summarized in the country,and the treatment of liver cancer is developed,and the idea of the treatment of liver cancer is expanded to further improve the clinical effect of the treatment of liver cancer.Methods: The medical cases of famous TCM doctors in China who treated liver cancer were collected from the special disease medical record database of the ancient and modern medical record cloud platform.The medical cases that met the inclusion criteria were input into the EXCEL template given by the ancient and modern medical record cloud platform,so as to establish a standardized analysis pool,and conduct data statistical analysis in the data mining module of the ancient and modern medical record cloud platform.Association analysis,cluster analysis,and complex network analysis were used to further explore the statistical significance and correlation between the data.Results:1.A total of 162 cases were included in this study.There were 128 male patients,accounting for 79.01%,and 34 female patients,accounting for 20.99%.The age of patients was mainly concentrated in 40-69 years old,accounting for 80.86%.According to the statistics of the difference between the north and the south,there were 62 patients in the north and 100 patients in the south.2.The top 20 symptoms with high frequency included anorexia,fatigue,loose stool,insomnia,abdominal distension,fatigue,flank pain,etc.3.The four qi of traditional Chinese medicine used in this study were mainly warm,cold and flat,and the frequency was 957 times,930 times and 772 times respectively.The five flavors were mainly sweet,bitter and spicy,and the frequencies were 1403,1240 and844,respectively.The main homing meridian were liver,spleen and stomach meridian,and the frequencies were 1474,1339 and 1027,respectively.Among the drug effects,tone-deficiency,heat-clearing and detoxication,and water-reducing and dampness were the most common,with frequencies of 787,682 and 617,respectively.The most frequent indications of drugs were heat-toxic stasis of the liver,liver stagnation and spleen deficiency,followed by qi stagnation and blood stasis,spleen deficiency and phlegm dampness,among which various deficiency syndromes and dampness syndromes appeared more frequently.4.Among the 293 Chinese herbs used in this study,based on the association analysis rules,the drug combinations with high use frequency and strong association were:Atractylodes atractylodes-Pachia cocos,Herba scutellariae-Hedtis alba,Radix pseudostellariaee-Astragalus membranaceus,etc.Based on the cluster analysis rules,the top 20 high-frequency Chinse herbs could be clustered into 5 categories.Based on the complex network analysis rules,a core prescription consisting of 14 traditional Chinese medicines was finally obtained,mainly for tonic deficiency drugs.Conclusion:1.The incidence of liver cancer in males is higher than that in females.2.In the treatment of liver cancer,the national famous and old TCM drugs are tonic drugs as the main,to clear heat and detoxifying drugs,water and dampness drugs as the main,and to invigorate the spleen and appetizer,invigorate blood circulation and dissipate blood stasis,soothe liver and regulate qi as the auxiliary.There are many traditional Chinese medicines with warm,cold and flat properties,and most of them belong to the three flavors of sweet,bitter and pungent,which are mostly attributed to the three meridians of liver,spleen and stomach.3.The core prescriptions of Chinese famous and old TCM for the treatment of liver cancer were: Atractylodes atractylodes,Poria cocos,Scutellaria bungesii,Hedyotis diffusis,Astragalus membranaceus,Pinellia pinellia,citrus peel,Onychia sinensis,Radix alba,Radix paeoniae radix,Radix codonopsis,pangolina,Radix bupleuri.4.The treatment of liver cancer should focus on strengthening the health and eliminating the pathogenic factors,adjusting Yin and Yang,and seeking the root cause of the disease.At the same time,we should pay attention to the protection of the spleen and stomach,attack and tonifying,supplementing qi and expelling pathogens,and do not forget to stick to the vitality when going out.
