Study On The Response To Public Health Emergencies In X Street Community Of Panjin City

COVID-19 is the most serious global epidemic that has occurred in China in the past century.It is also the major public health emergency with the largest impact that China has encountered in recent years.During the epidemic prevention and control,China has successfully contained the rapid spread of the epidemic nationwide through timely,forceful and orderly emergency prevention and control,and communities have played a vital role as the front line of epidemic prevention and control.However,as the impact of the epidemic globalization continues to expand,the epidemic situation in China appears to be sporadic,and community epidemic prevention and control is becoming normalized.At present,community emergency management is still facing some problems,so it is urgent to improve community emergency management ability to deal with public health emergencies.This paper consists of four parts,starting with the introduction of research background and significance,and then explaining concepts and sorting out relevant research at home and abroad.Through literature review,questionnaire survey and interview,the situation and predicament of 13 communities under the jurisdiction of X Street in Panjin City in dealing with COVID-19 are mastered.The problems existing in the community emergency management of public health emergencies are sorted out from five aspects: the content of emergency plan is not complete,the ability of early warning and monitoring is weak,the source of reserve materials is relatively single,the participation of emergency forces is insufficient,and the atmosphere of emergency publicity is not strong.Through the analysis,the causes of the above problems are found in the construction of community plan,information level,material support system,emergency coordination mechanism and popularization and education of emergency science.Finally,the paper puts forward five countermeasures and suggestions to improve the management of community public health emergency plan,accelerate the construction of community emergency support capacity,enhance the construction of community emergency mobilization capacity,fully explore community emergency management talents,and promote resource pooling by relying on the "intelligent governance" platform.Finally,in today’s normal epidemic situation,communities should continue to improve emergency management capacity,prevent and reduce public health emergencies and damage caused,improve community governance efficiency,in order to adapt to new tasks and new requirements under the new situation.
