| Teaching of Chinese as a foreign language is in the ascendant,and the Chinese fever around the world is heating up.With the increase in the number of students learning Chinese,there are more and more related Chinese textbooks on the market,and the classification is more and more detailed.However,there are still many problems in the construction of textbooks for teaching Chinese as a foreign language.Compared with the study of adult Chinese textbooks,the results of the study of children’s Chinese textbooks are relatively weak.The importance of Chinese language teaching construction also determines the urgent need to solve the problem of writing textbooks.Therefore,this paper selects five textbooks for foreign Chinese children(both in English version 1)with a wide range of uses and good reputation.These five textbooks are Easy Steps to Chinese,Chinese Paradise,Kuaile Hanyu,New Chinese for Children,World Young Learners’ Chinese.Through the study of these five textbooks,new ideas will be provided for the preparation of children’s textbooks for Chinese as a foreign language.This paper analyzes the three characteristics of children’s textbooks for teaching Chinese as a foreign language-uniqueness,necessity and feasibility.Then from the eight aspects of phonetics,Chinese characters,vocabulary,grammar,topics,exercises,illustrations,children’s songs,etc.,analyze the similarities and differences,advantages and disadvantages of these five textbooks.Then put forward the strategies and preparation suggestions for children’s textbooks for teaching Chinese as a foreign language.The writing strategies are:follow the children’s law of physical and mental development;pay attention to the content and form of the text;the content of the textbook should be easy to difficult,step by step.And from the eight aspects of pronunciation,Chinese characters,vocabulary and other suggestions,such as the voice,focus on the initials,finals,tone programming;reasonable distribution of voice knowledge;emphasis on voice training.In terms of Chinese characters,Chinese characters should be arranged according to the characteristics and laws of Chinese characters;the evolution law of Chinese characters and ancient word-making methods should be used;the number and difficulty of Chinese characters should be controlled,the selection of Chinese characters should be related to texts,and so on. |
