Rotation technique is the key and difficult point in the training of Chinese classical dance technique,and the proportion of rotation technique in dance repertoire is large.The completion of rotation skills requires Dance Majors to have better core control ability to better demonstrate high-level skills.At present,the research on the influence of core stability training on the movement of Chinese classical dance rotation skills has not been involved.Therefore,this paper introduces core stability training into the daily training of dance students,in order to improve the core stability of dance students and improve their rotation skills,and better elaborate the characters in dance repertoire through body language It also provides new ideas for the training methods of classical dance rotation skills of dance students.Through the methods of literature,expert interview,experiment and mathematical statistics,this study randomly divided 18 female students majoring in dance performance of 2019 undergraduate students of Beijing Sport University into experimental group and control group.The experimental group received 24 core stability training in 8 weeks,while the control group received traditional training.The changes of FMS,balance and rotation skills before and after the experiment were compared.The conclusions are as follows:1.Through two months of core stability training,the experimental group dance students’ core area control ability and the stability of each joint significantly improved.Compared with the control group,the average score of rotation stability and double leg drop index in the post test group increased by 25% and 62% respectively,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05),and there was also significant difference between the experimental group and the post test group(P<0.05).Compared with the traditional training,core stability training has obvious advantages in improving the rotation stability and legs falling of dance students.2.In the post test,there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05),but there was significant difference between the experimental group and the control group(P<0.05).Both core stability training and traditional training can improve the balance quality of dance students.3.After the experiment,there were significant differences between the experimental group and the control group(P<0.05).The 8-week core stability training can improve the completion quality of rotation skills by improving the body coordination,balance ability and core area stability of dance students.Both core stability training and traditional training can improve the completion quality of rotation skills of dance students,but the role of core stability training is more obvious.4.Core stability training has a positive effect on the core stability,balance and rotation skills of dance students.Eight weeks of core stability training can significantly improve the core stability and rotation skill level of dance students,while the core area stability and rotation of control group students have not significantly improved.It can be seen that core stability training can improve the stability and control ability of dance students’ core area more than traditional training.
