The most common training method to improve core stability is to control one’s own body weight,thereby increasing the cross-sectional area of superficial muscles such as rectus abdominis,internal and external obliques,erector spinae,and focusing on the quality of movements and the body during training.The arrangement of force lines,breathing control and training are easily overlooked,and the effect of intra-abdominal pressure is rarely noticed.Intra-abdominal pressure is an extremely important factor that affects the stability of the body’s core.In order to regulate intra-abdominal pressure,the diaphragm,pelvic floor,transversus abdominis and multifidus muscles are required to participate at the same time.Because the respiratory muscles and core muscles overlap in anatomy,they are functionally complementary to each other,and both have the effect of improving postural stability and control by strengthening the core stability.Latin dance is a skill-led project,which is generally manifested as precise control of body posture,proficiency in technical skills,and coordination with the dance partner.They are very closely related to the special performance.Based on the research of young Latin dance students,this paper observes the combination of resistance breathing training and core stability training,and obtains the effects on the students’ core strength,core endurance,core balance,core flexibility,and specific technical performance.Practice provides experimental support.Research indicates:1.At present,the overall situation of the core stability training of young Latin dance students is general.The main problems are that teachers do not pay much attention to breathing training,and the theoretical knowledge is not rich enough;training methods lack diversity and training intensity does not meet the indicators.2.From the comparison before and after the experiment,the two groups have effectively improved the core strength of the students;from the comparison between the two groups after the experiment,the experimental group is more effective than the control group in improving the students’ 60-second abdominal curling and knee-touching.The results of side-lying abdominal curling in seconds and prone back-up in 60 seconds,thus indicating that the method of resistance breathing training is more effective in improving the level of core strength.3.From the comparison before and after the experiment,the two groups have effectively improved the students’ core endurance level;from the comparison between the two groups after the experiment,except for the fifth-level side bridge,the experimental group can improve the students’ eighth-level abdomen better than the control group.The bridge and trunk extensor endurance performance shows that resistance breathing training is more significant in improving the level of core endurance.4.From the comparison before and after the experiment,the two groups have effectively improved the core balance level of the students;from the comparison between the two groups after the experiment,the experimental group can improve the students’ standing on one foot with closed eyes better than the control group,indicating that the resistance Obstructive breathing training is more significant in improving the level of core balance.5.Regardless of the comparison between before and after the experiment,or the comparison between the two groups after the experiment,the two groups have little effect on the core flexibility of students,and there is no significant difference.6.Both groups are able to improve specific techniques.Compared with the control group,the experimental group shows better results,especially through the students’ balance,rotation and rotation,and line and extension performance,which shows that resistance breathing training can improve Special technology is more effective.
