| Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Yangqi changmai Decoct ion in the treatment of qi deficiency and blood stasis in chronic heart failure.Methods:60 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 30 cases respectively.After treatment,NT-proBNP concentration,cardiac ejection fraction,TCM syndrome score,Lee’s heart failure score and efficacy,cardiac function grading efficacy,quality of life score,6-minute walking test and drug safety were compared between the two groups.Results:1.After treatment,the scores of NT-proBNP,TCM syndrome score,Lee’s heart fai lure score and life quality all decreased in the two groups.The comparison between the two groups was P<0.01,and the treatment gr oup was better than the control group.In terms of improving cardiac ejection fraction,the EF value of the treatment group was significantly improved after treatment compared with that before treatment(P<0.01),and the EF value of the control group was also significantly improved after treatment compared with that before treatment(P<0.01).2.The effective rate of the 6-minute walking test after treatment in the control group was 60%,the total effective rate of the integral efficacy of heart failure was 80%,and the total effective rate of the classification of cardiac function was 60.00%.The treatment group was 83.33%,96.6%and 86.7%,respectively.3.During the observation period,no adverse reactions occurred in the two groups,and no abnormal biochemical indicators were observed.Conclusion:Yangqi changmai Decoction can effectively reduce the level of NT-proBNP in chronic heart failure patients with Yang deficiency and water flooding syndrome,improve the symptoms and signs of the patients,and improve the classification of cardiac function and quality of life.This study shows that the formula of invigorating qi and activating blood is safe and ef fective without toxic and side effects. |
