Professor Zhou Yabin's Clinical Experience In Differentiating And Treating Essential Hypertension And The Characteristics Of Drug Use

Objective: To analyze the prescriptions of Professor Zhou Yabin in treating hypertension patients by using the "Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Assistant Platform V2.5" and summarize the characteristics of Professor Zhou Yabin's medication in clinical treatment of this disease.Methods: 118 patients with essential hypertension were selected from the outpatient clinic of Professor Zhou Yabin,Department of Cardiovascular Medicine,First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2016 to December 2018.Statistical analysis was carried out with the "Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Assistant Platform V2.5" to analyze the nature,taste,meridian tropism and frequency of hypertensive drugs.All right.To explore the medication characteristics of Professor Zhou Yabin in treating hypertension.Result: 118 prescriptions were screened out by collating and analyzing the clinical data collected.There are 59 Chinese medicines that have been used more than 10 times.Drug properties were mainly cold and warm,accounting for 63.12%.The five flavors are mainly sweet,bitter and bitter,accounting for 89.23%.The main meridians were liver meridian 1109 times,spleen meridian 786 times,stomach meridian 688 times,heart meridian 675 times,lung meridian 651 times.The main symptoms were stagnation of phlegm and turbidity and hyperactivity of liver-yang,accounting for 38.14%and29.66% respectively.Under the "rule of prescription",the number of supporters was 43,and the confidence was 0.6.The core drugs for treating hypertension were 10 flavors.Under the new analysis,the correlation degree is 7 and the punishment degree is 2.Five new groups are obtained.Conclusion:1.Professor Zhou Yabin's common medicines for hypertension are licorice,chrysanthemum,Pinellia ternata,Gastrodia elata,cassia seed,chuanxiong,Salvia miltiorrhiza,Atractylodes macrocephala,Evodia rutaecarpa and uncaria.2.Professor Zhou Yabin's commonly used medicines for hypertension are chillness and warmth;five flavors are mainly sweet,bitter and pungent;meridian tropism is mainly liver,spleen,stomach and heart meridians.3.Professor Zhou Yabin's core drug for Phlegm-Turbid and obstructive type of hypertension is Pinellia ternata-atractylodes macrocephala-gastrodia elata-chrysanthemum-licorice,while the core drug for liver-yang hyperactivity type is Gastrodia elata-uncaria uncaria-chrysanthemum-cassiaocher-evodia-licorice.
