| Purpose: Collect and sort out the medical cases of coronary heart disease angina pectoris treated by modern doctors with traditional Chinese medicine,analyze the data of medical cases with a variety of statistical analysis techniques,summarize the main pathogenesis of deficiency syndrome of coronary heart disease angina pectoris,the main empirical pathogenesis,common tongue pattern,common pulse pattern,and the application and compatibility of traditional Chinese medicine.The study results were expected to provide reference for clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of coronary heart disease angina pectoris.Materials and methods: In CNKI "coronary heart disease,angina pectoris,coronary atherosclerosis sex heart disease,coronary artery stenosis," obstruction ","heart disease" as keywords retrieval for the first time,and then on "basis","test case" as keywords in the retrieval,the time set to January 2000 in December 2020,After sorting and summarizing,an Excel form was designed to establish a database.The selected patients’ gender,age,pathogenesis,syndrome type,treatment principle,tongue diagnosis,pulse diagnosis,prescription and other information were normalized and incorporated into the database,and the study was conducted by statistical analysis.Including frequency frequency statistical analysis,cluster analysis,correlation analysis and so on,and analyze and summarize the results.Results: 1.Statistical results of general information and frequency of the included cases: a total of 99 patients were recorded in this study,among which 98 patients had gender records,among which 58 patients were mostly male patients;There were 98 patients with age records,ranging from 29 to 82 years old,and most of them were middle-aged and elderly patients.2.Statistical results of pathogenesis frequency: The results showed that the main pathogenesis was blood stasis,qi deficiency,phlegm dampness and Yang deficiency,among which the frequency of blood stasis was the highest,up to 77 times,accounting for 29.50%.The frequencies of qi deficiency,phlegm dampness and Yang deficiency were 48 times,48 times and 28 times,respectively,and the frequencies were 18.39%,18.39% and 10.73%,respectively.The rest are Yin deficiency,Qi stagnation,damp heat,cold congeals,Fu Fu solid,Yang Kang,Qi depression.3.(1)Statistical results of tongue image frequency: Among the study results,the frequency of bluish/petechiae was the highest,up to 66 times,with a frequency of 66.67%,followed by red,light red and light white.The highest frequency of tongue shape was moderate 83 times(83.84%),followed by fat and large tongue,marked tongue and thin tongue.Among the tongue coating,the frequency of white greasy/white slippery coating was the highest,up to 33 times,with a frequency of 33.33%,followed by thin white coating,yellow greasy coating,white thick coating,thin yellow coating,little/no coating,yellow thick coating,yellow and white alternated coating.The frequency of sublingual collaterals was 5,and the frequency was 5.05%.(2)Correlation analysis results of pathology-tongue image: Spearman correlation coefficient was used,with P≤0.05 and correlation coefficient > 0.30 as the principle,and the highest correlation coefficient of Yin deficiency-little moss/no moss was obtained.4.(1)Pulse frequency statistics results of the research results,pulse pulse is mainly chord pulse,veinelet,smooth pulse,sinking pulse,among which the frequency of chord pulse is the highest,up to 48 times,the frequency is 23.19%,the frequency of veinelet,smooth pulse,sinking pulse is 40 times,30 times,28 times,the frequency is 19.32%,14.49%,13.53%,respectively.The rest are in order of astringent pulse,slow pulse,several pulse,knot pulse,weak pulse,late pulse,generation pulse,short pulse,promoting pulse,moisten pulse,tight pulse.(2)Pathogen-pulse correlation analysis results: Spearman correlation coefficient was used,with P≤0.05 and correlation coefficient > 0.20 as the principle.The results showed that the correlation coefficient between phlegm-dampness and smooth pulse was the highest.5.Statistics on medication situation:(1)TCM frequency and frequency statistics: There were 195 Chinese medicines involved,99 prescriptions in total,and the total frequency of medication was 1399 times.According to the statistics of drugs with frequency greater than 15%,26 kinds of high-frequency drugs were obtained.Salvia miltiorrhiza was used 63 times,with the highest occurrence frequency.The total frequency of drugs accounted for 4.5%,and the frequency of use in the prescription was 63.64%.The rest were Licorice,Ligusticum chuanxiong,Pinellia pinellia,Trichosanthes trichosanthes,Astragalus membranaceus,Poria cocos,Angelica sinensis,Radix Paeoniae Radix,Allium macrostemon,Red Flower,Atractylodes macrocephala,Dangshen,Schisandra chinensis,Panax notoginseng,Cinmia cassia,Fructus Aurantii,Yujin,Rhizoma corydalis,Tangerine peel,Bupleurum rhizoma,Rhizoma coptidis,peach kernel,Acorus calamus,Leeches.(2)The statistical results of frequency and frequency of TCM flavors were as follows: warm drugs were the core properties of 195 TCM and high-frequency drugs,followed by cold and flat ones.Sweet,bitter and acid-tasting drugs were the core flavours of 195 TCM and high-frequency drugs.Heart meridian is the core meridian of high frequency drugs.(3)Statistical results of TCM classification: The 195 drugs were mainly used for tonifying deficiency and promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,with the frequency of 23.02% and 17.94%,respectively,322 times and 251 times.Among the drugs for tonifying deficiency,the frequency of tonifying qi was the highest,up to 195 times,with the frequency of 60.56%.The high-frequency drugs were also mainly used to tonify deficiency and promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis,and the drugs to tonify deficiency were mainly used to replenish qi.Astragalus membranaceus was mainly used to replenish qi,and Salvia miltiorrhiza was mainly used to promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis.The frequencies of Astragalus membranaceus and Salvia miltiorrhiza were 43 times and 63 times respectively.(4)Results of high-frequency drug cluster analysis: The drugs were divided into 5 groups by cluster analysis,C1: Salvia miltiorrhiza,Radix Ophiopogonis Radix and Schisandra chinensis;C2: Fructus Aurantii,Tangerine Peel,Poria cocos,Dangshen,Atractylodes Atractylodes,Licorice,Acorus calamus;C3: cassia twigs,astragalus membranaceus,yanhusuo,chuanxiong,red peony root,angelica sinensis,peach kernel,safflower;C4: Turmeric,Bupleurum,Leech;C5: Pinellia tuber,Trichosanthis trichosanthis,Allium macrostemon,Panax notoginseng,Coptis chinensis.(5)Correlation analysis results of high-frequency drugs: Spearman correlation coefficient was used,with P≤0.05 and correlation coefficient > 0.30 as the principle,the main results were as follows: common drugs were used for Pinellia tuber-Trichosanthis trichosanthis-Allium stem,Schisandrae chinensis-Radix ophiopogonis,Angelica singhuafflower,etc.Correlation analysis results of pathogenesis and traditional Chinese medicine: Spearman correlation coefficient was used,with P≤0.05 and correlation coefficient > 0.30 as the principle,and the correlation coefficient of Yin deficiency and Schisandra chinensis was the highest.Conclusion: 1.The manifestation of chest arthralgia is the combination of deficiency and deficiency,and the main pathogenesis of chest arthralgia syndrome includes qi deficiency and Yang deficiency,and the main pathogenesis of chest arthralgia syndrome includes blood stasis and phlegm dampness.2.The tongue looks like medium blue/petechia,moderate tongue shape,mainly white greasy/white slippery coating.The pulse is mainly string,thin,heavy and slippery.4.The core therapy of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of angina deficiency syndrome of coronary heart disease is to tonifying deficiency medicine,and the representative medicine is astragalus membranaceus.The core therapeutic drug was the drug for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,and the representative drug was Salvia miltiorrhiza. |
