The question of kindergarten education practice is related to the talent training goals of hundreds of millions of universities,and it is related to the connotation development of the cause of early childhood education.The ultimate goal of kindergarten education practice is to promote the professional growth and development of preschool education students.The realization of this goal is essential for the discussion of the image of kindergarten trainee teachers.The kindergarten trainee teachers are the reserve force of kindergarten teachers and the "business cards"of the front-line work field of college education.Their quality directly affects the quality of talent training and the quality of education and teaching.A good image can not only make kindergarten trainee teachers gain trust,encouragement,recognition and respect,but also have important significance for the kindergarten trainee teacher's professional identity,professional commitment and professional happiness,and early childhood development.However,there are relatively few systematic studies on it.In view of this,this study conducts tentative construction research from the perspective of the image of kindergarten trainee teachers.The purpose of this study is to comprehensively study the form of kindergarten trainee teacher's educational practice behavior,with a view to pre-service teacher education research and preschool education students.Development provides reference ideas and inspiration.The research adopts a grounded theory research paradigm,with the help of literature research methods,interview methods,observation methods,and physical analysis research methods,and tries to explore the image construction research of trainee teachers by listening to the voices of kindergarten teachers and trainee teachers themselves.It was found that the kindergarten trainee teacher had an external image of being cautious,capable,and concise;she was child-friendly,dedicated,peaceful,responsible,reflective,cheerful,kind-minded,and developed with an internal image,as well as broad and specialized knowledge.Professional image adapted to structure and multifaceted capabilities.In view of the particularity of the identity of kindergarten teachers and kindergarten trainee teachers and work tasks,the two groups have different emphasis on the image of trainee teachers.The former,as a front-line staff,pays more attention to shaping the image of kindergarten trainee teachers from the perspective of professional image.The most mentioned are the kindergarten trainee teachers' conservation ability,emotional management ability,teaching organization and language expression ability.The second is to emphasize the external image of kindergarten trainee teachers,which can be described as uniform and decent dress,simple dressing and attention to personal hygiene,capable and generous language.Finally,it emphasizes the inherent image of kindergarten trainee teachers,such as being diligent and serious,caring,patient,attentive and responsible,but especially emphasizing the love for young children and being confident in teaching.The kindergarten trainee teachers,because of the special identity and the complexity of their work tasks,first emphasize the shaping of their internal image.The ones with the highest mention rate are peace of mind,hard work,resentment,vision,and initiative.The second aspect is the professional image,which is the same as the content emphasized by kindergarten teachers.The influencing factors of the image formation and improvement of kindergarten practice teachers include:external environment,including internship funding,internship work plan,cultural atmosphere of the park,and important others.The internal environment includes the aspects of responsibility and time,self-body,identity,internship,motivation,and self-development consciousness.At the end of the article,specific constructive opinions are mainly given from the social and government level,college level,kindergarten level,and individual level,in order to promote the shaping and improvement of the image of kindergarten practice teachers.
