The convenience of accessing knowledge has made the Q&A community increasingly popular.However,the number of people sharing knowledge in the Q&A community is far less than the knowledge gained.Therefore,it is necessary to explore the attitudes and motivations of people's knowledge sharing to further understand their willingness to share,so as to study the quality elements of shared participation services provided by the Q&A community from the perspective of users.To stimulate the vitality of the Q&A community,it is necessary to provide effective suggestions for the services of the Q&A community on how to help improve the status of community knowledge sharing.Firstly,according to the theory of social exchange,this paper uses the methods of interviews and thematic analysis to study the influencing factors of the knowledge sharing willingness of the users in the question and answer community.The research finds that in the process of knowledge sharing,the user's willingness to share knowledge is related to the following four factors,including motivation factors,cost factors,reward factors and obstacles.Secondly,based on the KANO model,the researchers collected data through questionnaires and analyzed the quality factors of each service in a quantitative way.On this basis,the following four suggestions are proposed,including improving community reward mechanism,improving community reputation services,providing privacy and copyright protection,strengthening community environmental supervision.The first chapter mainly summarizes the research background,research significance,domestic and foreign research status,research content,research methods,research difficulties and innovations,so that we can clarify why this research is to be carried out.The second chapter explains the related concepts and the theoretical basis of this paper.It analyzes some of the concepts involved in this paper and facilitates the consistency of the theory.In addition,this chapter also introduces the relevant theories used in the research of this text,and provides an explanation for the research ideas.On the basis of social exchange theory,the third chapter analyzes the factors that the question-and-answer community users will be affected in the process of knowledge sharing based on the method of interview and thematic analysis.The research finds that these factors mainly include motivation factors,cost factors,reward factors and obstacle factors.The fourth chapter collects data through questionnaires,uses KANO model to explore the quality factors of shared participation services in Q&A community,and builds a model of Q&A community sharing participation service to compare the importance of each service.In addition,the fourth chapter puts forward suggestions to help the Q&A community to inspire more vitality.These suggestions include improving community reward mechanism,improving community reputation service,provide privacy and copyright protection,strengthening the supervision of community environment.On the basis of the above research,this chapter summarizes the paper by concluding the contribution and shortcomings of this research,and puts forward the research prospects to facilitate deeper research.
