Belongs to one of China’s energy enterprises,coal enterprises in the national economic development and national security plays an important role,along with the domestic economic struct reform in recent years,after decades of development of coal enterprises in our country faces a major crisis,namely,at present,the development of the coal enterprise environment,transformation crisis mount.In this context,relying on high-quality R&D teams in Beijing,Guangdong and Shanghai,UP has developed many non-related diversified fields in the process of diversified development,and its business scope is too wide.With the continuous implementation of diversified strategies,the advantages of coal mining in UP’s core business are becoming less and less obvious,and its proportion in the company’s total sales is decreasing year by year.Meanwhile,the non-core business,which accounts for a large proportion at present,is undertaken by subsidiaries,without forming a joint force,and the core competencies of the parent company cannot be reflected.In the research process,this article combines the questionnaire,interview,analytic Hierarchy Process and Fuzzy Evaluation Method to Select UP Enterprise’s Diversified Management Strategy.First,it summarizes the research of previous scholars to obtain the theoretical basis of this study and the research blank of previous scholars.Then through the analysis of external environment,industry environment,industry competition environment,enterprise core competencies,to establish the evaluation model of enterprise core competencies.Then,the model above is used to evaluate the current diversified strategic operation of UP company,so as to obtain the current situation and existing problems of UP company’s diversified strategy in the context of core competencies.Furthermore,based on the existing problems,the corresponding optimization strategy of diversified development strategy is put forward.Finally put forward the implementation and guarantee of diversified development strategy based on core competenciesTherefore,starting from the analysis of UP’s development environment and industrial struct,this thesis preliminarily reveals the internal and external environment of the enterprise and the challenges it faces.This paper combines the diversification strategy and the theoretical knowledge of the core competencies of the enterprise,and combines the method of index evaluation to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the core competencies of the enterprise.The results show that UP company’s business development level and enterprise innovation level score is not high,overall,the enterprise’s core competencies score is in the middle level.On this basis,the author analyzes the current situation of UP company’s diversification strategy implementation under the guidance of core competitiveness,and analyzes its existing problems on this basis:non-related business does not match core competencies,core business resource allocation advantage is not obvious,related business advantage is not prominent.Therefore,the author puts forward that in order to improve the core competencies of UP company,it is necessary to adjust the diversification strategy of UP company.In other words,it is necessary to update the management of coal business and innovate technology,while maintaining the development of relevant business and weakening the development of non-relevant business.In general,the enterprise to promote the implementation of the strategy of diversifying,must from giving full play to the advantages of management,implementing human resource matching,optimizing the allocation of funds,and other dimensions to obtain,for implementing means,and relying on the prevention mechanism of construction and the optimization of both the enterprise cult,promote the core competencies under the UP company strategy of diversifying practical implementation.In this way,it can promote the development of UP’s coal business and realize the expansion of non-coal industries,thus promoting UP’s sustainable development and providing reference for the strategies of other coal enterprises.
