Research On Household Garbage Classification Fine Governance In Urban Community

In recent years,with the rapid development of China’s economy and society,the amount of urban household garbage has also increased rapidly,and "siege by garbage" has become a common phenomenon.Performing garbage classification is an effective way to solve this problem.Under the concept of green and sustainable development,China has accelerated policies were introduced and paid full attention to garbage classification.However,the implementation effect of garbage classification is mediocre and does not bring substantial improvement.Reflect on this phenomenon,extensive treatment can no longer meet the needs of garbage classification governance.Therefore,from the perspective of fine governance,based on the collaborative governance theory and new public service theory,a research framework of household garbage classification fine governance is constructed from six dimensions:governance concept,classification process,system design,promotion mechanism,resource supply and governance subject.The existing problems and improvement measures of household garbage classification fine governance in Nanchang are explored,which has certain research value.Research shows that Nanchang as one of 46 cities of compulsory classification,the community household garbage classification is uneven,household garbage classification infrastructure was built,household garbage classification supervision platform pilot launch,household garbage classification propaganda form innovation,household garbage classification assessment system basic formation.Through field visits to many communities in Nanchang city,At present,there is a lack of fine governance concept in Nanchang community household garbage classification and management,the "short board" in the garbage classification process,the lack of local refinement of the garbage classification system,and the garbage classification promotion mechanism is too single,Lack of individuation,lack of supply of garbage classification resources and lack of precision,the subject of garbage classification management is single,Poor coordination and other problems,Yes,for this matter,We should strengthen the concept of fine governance,Strengthen the "people-oriented" service concept,Cultivate a "refined" service consciousness,Provide meticulous services;Improve the whole system of garbage classification,Establish a standardized community household garbage classification process;Refine the design of garbage classification system,Promote the legalization of community household garbage classification;Innovate the community household waste classification promotion mechanism,Meet the personalized needs of residents;Accurately provide the community household garbage classification of the resources needed,Improve the efficiency of resource allocation;Strengthen the effective coordination of multiple subjects,To realize the classification and joint treatment of community household garbage.Starting from six dimensions,we can realize the fine management of community household garbage classification and improve the effect of household garbage classification and management.
