Urban sewage treatment can reduce the impact of urban pollutants on the ecological environment,it is important to improve the urban living environment and enhance the image of the city.H Water Purification Company is a state-owned enterprise which undertakes the service function of urban sewage treatment.Because of the special nature of the state-owned enterprise and its short establishment time,there are many problems in the company performance appraisal system.This paper hopes to use OKR(Objectives and Key Results)to build a new performance appraisal system for H Water Purification Company,help it solve problems,speed up the pace of development,and better provide services and support for the improvement of the urban environment.Based on the theories of performance,performance appraisal system and OKR performance appraisal method,this paper uses questionnaires to obtain detailed data feedback from employees of H Water Purification Company.Through statistics and analysis of the data,it is found that the original performance appraisal system of H Water Purification Company has problems such as lack of consistency in performance appraisal objectives,unreasonable design of performance appraisal indicators,lack of effective communication in the performance appraisal process,and lack of objectivity and fairness of appraisal results.Introduce OKR to redesign the performance appraisal system of H Water Purification Company.First,the strategic goals of H Water Purification Company are decomposed step by step from six aspects: production management,equipment management,information construction,financial management,human resource management and internal control system construction,set the performance appraisal target "O" for each department;Secondly,taking the production technology department and the equipment management department as examples,according to its performance appraisal target "O",the interview method is used to quantify the key results "KRs";The expert scoring method is adopted to scientifically design the weight of each performance appraisal objective "O" and the key result "KRs",and combine the OKR scoring standard to formulate the assessment standards for the production technology department and the equipment management department.Finally,clear OKR performance appraisal system implementation steps,assessment results application,the implementation of safeguards,ensure the effectiveness of the performance appraisal system.Understand the implementation effect of OKR performance appraisal system of H Water Purification Company,and to help H Water Purification Company solve the performance appraisal problem by constantly summing up experience and further perfecting the OKR implementation plan,it also provides some reference for other state-owned enterprises in constructing or optimizing OKR performance appraisal system.
